Bei Problemen mit meinem Gerät von der Firma, wird man alleine gelassen und es folgen immer wieder leere Versprechungen. Ein ständiges Nachlaufen und Nachtelefonieren welches äußerst zermürbend ist. Hier sollte sich die Firma wirklich Gedanken machen, weniger Aufträge auf einmal anzunehmen und diese dafür aber gewissenhaft auszuführen. Appointments have been missed several times. If you have problems with my device from the company, you are left alone and there are always empty promises. A constant Nachlaufen and night phone calls which is extremely grueling. Here, the company should really worry about accepting fewer orders at once and to execute them conscientiously.

a	airwin46 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben im Herbst 2020 die Fa. Koller um eine Möglichkeit für die Warmwasserbereitung in einem alten Haus ohne Heizung ersucht. Das Haus bewohnt meine 83 jährige Mutter. Der Techniker war pünktlich und machte sich ein Bild von den Gegebenheiten. Die dilettantisch wirkende Lösung mit einer Aufputzmontage der neuen Armaturen lehnten wir aber ab und der Auftrag kam nicht zustande. Meine Mutter bekam nach ein paar Wochen eine Rechnung von über 80 Euro für den Kostenvoranschlag bzw für die Kosten der Begutachtung vor Ort in Hohenberg. Ich erkundigte mich bei der Firma und die Angestellte dort teilte mir unmissverständlich mit, dass dieser Betrag zu bezahlen sei. Ein höfliches Schreiben an den Chef der Firma blieb bis dato unbeantwortet. Schließlich bezahlte ich den Betrag, nur um meiner Mutter das Prozedere eines Rechtsstreites mit dieser Firma zu ersparen. Üblicherweise sind Kostenvoranschläge unentgeltlich, da sie ja in den Nebenkosten der Firmen ohnehin berücksichtigt werden. Alte Mindestpensionisten abzuzocken ist für mich das Letzte und wohl alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Diese Firma wird mich nie wieder sehen. In autumn 2020 we asked the Koller company for a possibility of heating water in an old house without heating. My 83 year old mother lives in the house. In the end, I paid the amount just to save my mother from going into litigation with this company. Usually, cost estimates are free of charge, as they are already included in the company's ancillary costs. Ripping off old minimum pensioners is the last thing for me and probably anything but customer-friendly. This company will never see me again.
