Heistinger war 5 Minuten nach dem Telefonat in der Praxis und hat unsere hübsche liebevoll versorgt. Am nächsten morgen wurde sie dann operiert, ohne Probleme. Auch die Nachbehandlung (inklusive Nähte ziehen) wurde sehr empathisch und gut gemacht! Sehr freundlich, nett und kompetent! Preis war total in Ordnung! Danke für die tolle Behandlung! Had to go to the vet spontaneously (11 p.m.) because our cat's eye "burst". Ms. Heistinger was in the practice 5 minutes after the phone call and lovingly looked after our pretty girl. The next morning she was operated on, without any problems. The follow-up treatment (including pulling the seams) was done very empathically and well! Very friendly, nice and competent! Price was totally okay! Thanks for the great treatment!
