L	Lutz Gärtner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gutes Essen in der Natur einfach Spitze. Wer nicjt so gut zu Fuß ist kann auch mit der Fahrrad , Motorrad oder Auto ans Ziel gelangen. Good food in nature is simply great. Those who are not that good on foot can also get to their destination by bike, motorcycle or car.
N	Natalie Knopke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist für das Essen. Das war ok. Nach 15 Minuten wurden wir endlich gefragt, was wir trinken möchten. Eine halbe Stunde später durften wir auch das Essen bestellen. Nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit haben wir mal nachgefragt wie lang es denn noch ungefähr dauern wird weil die Kinder schon quengelig wurden. Die Antwort der Bedienung: "willkommen im Club, ich hab auch Hunger." Ähhh geht's noch?!?!? Ganze 1 1/2 Stunden später kam dann endlich die Bestellung. Die Gäste um uns herum haben mittlerweile ihre Bestellungen storniert. Um endlich bezahlen zu können, mussten wir auch fast betteln. Es kann immer mal sein, dass aufgrund Überfüllung Chaos herrscht. Dafür hat jeder absolutes Verständnis. Aber die Art und Weise der Mitarbeiter (ausgenommen 2 Damen die wirklich bemüht waren), war unter aller Kanone, an Unfreundlichkeit und blöden Kommentaren kaum zu überbieten! Ist definitiv keinen Besuch mehr wert!!! One star is for food. That was ok. After 15 minutes we were finally asked what we would like to drink. Half an hour later we were also allowed to order the food. After half an hour of waiting, we asked how long it would take because the children were already whining. The response from the waitress: "Welcome to the club, I'm hungry too." Uhh is still okay?!?!? A full 1 1/2 hours later the order finally came. The guests around us have meanwhile canceled their orders. To finally be able to pay, we almost had to beg. There can always be chaos due to overcrowding. Everyone fully understands that. But the manner of the employees (with the exception of 2 women who really tried hard) was hard to beat in terms of rudeness and stupid comments! Definitely not worth a visit anymore!
O	Oli K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider war der erste Besuch beim neuen Pächter grenzwertig um nicht einen Vorredner zu zitieren "katastrophal". Wie bei zwei Rezensionen vom Wirt bereits angemerkt, war bei schönstem Feiertagswetter der Laden sehr gut besucht...was allerdings keine Große Überraschung gewesen sein sollte. Dass die Abläufe in einem neuen Betrieb auch noch nicht so funktionieren sei auch gestattet. Aber so war das leider wie schon erwähnt nicht akzeptabel. 1,5 Std. für das Essen, keine Gläser und Geschirr mehr verfügbar, Gäste die sich selber Getränke holen müssen und Zahlung trotz viermaligen Nachfragen nicht möglich. Zu allem Überfluss sei man als Gast doch selber Schuld am Ostermontag bei schönstem Wetter zum Essen zu kommen. Orginalzitat auf den Hinweis dass man nach einer Stunde langsam Hunger hätte..."Willkommen im Club. Ich hab auch Hunger". 2 Sterne nur deshalb da das Essen doch recht ordentlich war und die Alm wie bereits zuvor noch immer sehr schön liegt. Wie auch vom Wirt bereits erwähnt dass sonst keiner offen hätte...wär evtl besser sich dem Ansturm nicht auszusetzen wenn man die Kapazität dafür nicht hat bzw. nur ein Gericht anzubieten anstatt sich mit dieser Vorstellung den Ruf zu verderben. Wirklich schade, da der Unmut über die Situation bei allen Gästen zu spüren war. Trotzdem alles Gute für die Zukunft! Unfortunately, the first visit to the new tenant was borderline not to quote a previous speaker "catastrophic". As already noted in two reviews from the landlord, the shop was very well attended when the weather was lovely ... which shouldn't have been a big surprise. It is also permitted that the processes in a new company do not work that way. But as already mentioned, it was unfortunately not acceptable. 1.5 hours for the meal, glasses and dishes no longer available, guests who have to get their own drinks and payment not possible despite four inquiries. To make matters worse, it is your own fault as a guest to come to dinner on Easter Monday when the weather is beautiful. Original quote on the note that after an hour you would slowly be hungry ... "Welcome to the club. I'm hungry too". 2 stars only because the food was quite decent and the Alm was still very nice as before lies. As already mentioned by the host that no one else would have open ... it might be better not to expose yourself to the rush if you don't have the capacity for it or only offer one dish instead of spoiling your reputation with this idea. Really a shame, because the displeasure with the situation was felt by all guests. Still all the best for the future!
J	Jango Unchained on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alm ist geschlossen und generell keine schöne Lage. Schade eigentlich, denn die Wanderung dorthin war schon sehr nett. Aber machen wir eher nicht mehr wegen dem unbefriedigenden Ziel.... Alm is closed and generally not a nice location. It's actually a shame, because the hike there was very nice. But let's not do more because of the unsatisfactory goal ...
