Die Zubereitung findet auf engstem Raum statt, das ist quasi Kunst ;D Lokale von solcher Qualität wünscht man sich öfter! Oft und immer wieder gerne! Aktualisierung August: Die Lasagne-Ravioli waren ein Highlight! Der Platz am Markt ist einfach traumhaft. Zur Mittagszeit besser reservieren, ansonsten bleiben nur die Plätze in der Halle, und auch nur wenn man Glück hat... :) Sehr nette und unaufdringliche Bedienung :) Aktualisierung Februar 2020: Der Service leider sehr unaufmerksam, das Essen wie gewohnt auf allerhöchstem Niveau! Der Drink des Tages (Fritz-Rhabarber-Campari) war köstlich! Aktualisierung Mai 2020: die Corona-Maßnahmen haben die Qualität nicht im geringsten beeinträchtigt, exzellentes Essen wie gewohnt! Herrlich! Wonderful food at the highest level, nice staff, great boss. The preparation takes place in a confined space, that is quasi art; D You would like to have such quality restaurants more often! Often and always happy! Update August: The lasagna ravioli were a highlight! The place on the market is simply fantastic. Reserve better at lunchtime, otherwise only the seats in the hall remain, and only if you are lucky ... :) Very nice and unobtrusive service :) Update February 2020: The service unfortunately very inattentive, the food as usual at the highest level! The drink of the day (Fritz Rhubarb Campari) was delicious! Update May 2020: the Corona measures did not affect the quality in the least, excellent food as usual! Wonderful!

Ohne Reservierung bekommt man hier nur selten einen Platz. Klare Empfehlung von mir ?! Kommen natürlich wieder! World class food at a great price. Market food at a high level. Quality is very important here. Service always nice and polite. You rarely get a seat here without a reservation. Clear recommendation from me ?! Will come back of course!

Ambiente typisch Marktplatz, kleine Sitzplätze, aber mit Liebe hergerichtet. Preis- Leistung -Verhältnis ist auf alle Fälle angemessen. Ich kann die „Kochwerkstadt„ nur wärmstens empfehlen. We were very pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent - service, friendly, attentive and quick. Typical marketplace ambience, small seats, but lovingly prepared. Price-performance ratio is reasonable in any case. I can only warmly recommend the "Kochwerkstadt".
