Ceka se duze na narudzbu ali to sve pise kad porucujete, tako da nema iznenadjenja. Drago mi je da konacno ovako nesto u Austriji postoji. I am very satisfied with the customer service and communication, they are very kind and always meet. If they don't have some books, they try to order them. It takes longer to order but it all says so when you order, so there are no surprises. I am glad that something like this finally exists in Austria.

Tek na moju zalbu sam dobila odgovor da dostava kasni. Nakon 7 sedmica su knjige dostavljene, ali ne sve koje sam NARUCILA i PLATILA!! Ne preporucujem narudzbu preko ove stranice. Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Bestellung über die Seite "knjige.at". Ich habe 7 Wochen auf die Lieferung der bestellten Bücher gewartet. Erst auf meine Reklamation habe ich eine Antwort bekommen, dass die Lieferung verspätet ist. Nach 7 Wochen kamen die Bücher, aber wieder nicht alle, die ich BESTELLT und BEZAHLT habe!! I am very dissatisfied with the order via the "knjige.at" page. I waited 7 weeks for the books I ordered to be delivered. Only after my complaint did I get an answer that the delivery was late. After 7 weeks the books came, but again not all that I ORDERED and PAID !! I cannot recommend this site at all.
