Sehr kompetenter Besitzter! A bookstore from a different time, as if the Keizer had only been there yesterday. Endless collections of books from every military era. Very competent owner!

J	J A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schlechtere Erfahrung hab ich selten erlebt. Verkauft Bücher die er nicht hat. Aber erst eine Woche später auf nachfragen eine Reaktion. Erste Mail " übersehen". Zweite Mail, versäumt auf nicht verfügbar zu setzen. Geld wird umgehend zurück überwiesen aber auch da erst bei der zweiten Mail wurde das Geld zurück erstattet. Keine Ahnung wie so eine gute Bewertung zustande kommt wenn man so mit Kunden umgeht. I've rarely had a worse experience. Sells books he doesn't have. But only a week later when asked for a response. "Overlooked" the first mail. Second mail, failed to set to unavailable. Money is transferred back immediately, but the money was only reimbursed with the second email. I have no idea how such a good rating comes about when you deal with customers like that.

The gentleman assisting me was extremely kind and helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the book placements and content. When you go there plan to spend at least a couple of hours in order to go through the huge amount of available titles, you will probably be walking out with the book you came for and a couple more on top of that. Very very very highly recommended!
