m	moni ciernia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht: hatte vor Tagen einen neu inserierten Wagen anfragt und um Besichtigung am kommenden Montag gebeten, darauf hin Nachricht vom Verkäufer Hr. Gattringer bekommen, dass der Wagen noch verfügbar sei. Ich habe darauf hin mehrmals versucht, Hr. Gastringer zu erreichen - erfolglos, habe mehrere Nachrichten hinterlassen, und zweimal die Dame am Empfang kontaktiert. Resultat? Montag früh bekomme ich die Nachricht, dass er das von mir vor 4 Tagen angefragte Auto in einer Stunde einer Dame zeigt, die "sich heute früh gemeldet hat". Der versprochene Anruf blieb aus, ich bekam auf meine 5. Nachfrage hin nur die saloppe Nachricht, der Vertrag sei nun angeschlossen worden. Ich finde so ein Vorgehen höchst unseriös und ärgerlich, mir scheint, es bestand nie ein ernsthafter Interesse daran, mir das Fahrzeug tatsächlich zu verkaufen -- vielleicht war die Dame eine Bekannte und wurde deswegen mit Vorzug behandelt? Eine Mutmaßung. Schade um meine verschwendete Zeit. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed: a few days ago I asked for a new car and asked for a visit on the following Monday. Gattringer get that the car is still available. I've tried several times, Hr. Gastringer to reach - unsuccessful, have left several messages, and twice contacted the lady at the reception. Result? Monday morning I get the message that he shows the car I requested 4 days ago in one hour to a lady who "contacted this morning". The promised call did not materialize, and on my fifth demand I only got the snooty message that the contract had now been signed. I find such a procedure highly dubious and annoying, it seems to me, there was never a serious interest in me actually sell the vehicle - maybe the lady was a friend and was therefore treated with preference? A guess. Pity about my wasted time.

Es macht ein ganz anderes Bild, wenn man mal nicht von einem Mann als Verkäufer, sondern von einer Frau angesprochen wird. Wenn die dann auch noch so professionell und sympathisch ist, dann ist das TOP. Selling is a matter close to your heart and not maximizing profits. It makes a completely different picture if you are addressed by a woman rather than a man as a salesperson. If that is so professional and personable, then this is TOP.
