A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe mir dort einen gebrauchten Opel Zafira gekauft. Einige Monate nach dem Kauf habe ich mir das Auto zur Sicherheit nochmal vom ÖAMTC begutachten lassen. Ergebnis: 2 schwere Mängel, 4 leichte Mängel, 4 sonstige Mängel. Ein Großteil der Mängel wurde zwar auf Kulanz behoben, aber in meinen Augen kann es nicht sein, dass mir ein Fachhändler ein Auto in diesem Zustand übergibt. Zwischendurch musste ich einiges in das Auto stecken, was dem km-Stand gerade noch so angemessen war. Letztes Wochenende ist mir bei einer Fahrt auf der Autobahn ein Radbolzen abgerissen, und alle 4 restlichen Muttern eines Rades waren nur noch mit ein paar Gewindegängen befestigt. Das Auto wurde mit billigen Radmuttern übergeben, welche nicht zu den dazugelieferten originalen Opel-Felgen passen und sich dadurch gelöst haben! Update: Der Besitzer des Autohauses hat sich aufgrund dieser Bewertung bei mir gemeldet, dass er sich den Fall bezüglich der falschen Muttern nochmals genauer anschauen möchte. Update 2: Leider doch keine Rückmeldung erhalten. I bought a used Opel Zafira there. A few months after buying it, I had the car again inspected by the ÖAMTC for safety reasons. Result: 2 serious defects, 4 slight defects, 4 other defects. Most of the defects were fixed as a gesture of goodwill, but in my opinion it cannot be that a specialist dealer hands me a car in this condition. In between times I had to put a lot in the car, which was just about appropriate for the mileage. Last weekend I tore off a wheel bolt while driving on the autobahn, and all 4 remaining nuts on a wheel were only fastened with a few threads. The car was handed over with cheap wheel nuts, which do not fit the original Opel rims supplied and which have loosened as a result! Update: The owner of the car dealership contacted me based on this evaluation that he would like to take a closer look at the case regarding the wrong nuts. Update 2: Unfortunately no response was received.

Da ich aus Leonding komme, wurde mir sogar ein kostenloses Leihfahrzeug zur Verfügung gestellt !!! Würde jederzeit wieder ein Auto bei der Fa. Engleder kaufen. Danke an das Team Paul I can only recommend ! Very friendly team! Complaint was promptly done and at a cheapest car !!! Since I come from Leonding, I was even offered a free rental vehicle! Der Chef persönlich hat uns betreut und uns vorab am Telefon über bestehende Macken am Auto informiert, was ja nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Das Auto wurde vor dem Kauf noch perfekt in Schuss gebracht und ein paar Extras gabs ohne Aufpreis noch dazu! Der Chef und sein Team waren sehr freundlich. Beim nächsten Autowunsch werden wir sicher wieder zum Autohaus Engleder zurückkommen. We are completely satisfied with our new used car. The boss personally looked after us and informed us in advance on the phone about existing quirks on the car, which is no longer self-evident. The car was still perfectly shot before the purchase and a few extras gabs at no extra cost! The boss and his team were very friendly. At the next car request, we will certainly come back to the car dealership Engleder.
