Ich hatte starkes Interesse an einer Immobilie, an dem anscheinend hohe Nachfrage herrschte so dass Herr Kalchbrenner null Interesse zeigte auch nur einmal zurückzurufen um kurz Info zu geben. Da beim ersten Anruf Herr Kalchbrenner sich nicht meldete, schickte ich ihm eine Sms mit Wunsch auf Expose, Lageplan etc. und auf einen Rückruf ! Sein Büro habe ich zweimal kontaktiert, die waren immer nett und hilfsbereit und konnten auch zurückrufen. Das Büro versicherte mir einen Rückruf von Herrn Kalchbrenner, das aber nie geschah. Bei diesen Summen an Investitionen sollte Kundenzufriedenheit ganz oben in der Firmenphilosophie stehen. Leider enttäuschend. Unfortunately, no real appearance on the part of the real estate agent. I was very interested in a property that was apparently in high demand so that Mr. Kalchbrenner showed zero interest even to call back once to give brief information. Since Mr. Kalchbrenner did not answer the first call, I sent him a text message requesting an outline, location plan etc. and a call back! I contacted his office twice, they were always nice and helpful and could also call back. The office assured me of a call back from Mr. Kalchbrenner, but this never happened. With these sums of investment, customer satisfaction should be at the top of the company philosophy. Unfortunately disappointing.

Jedoch konnten wir keinen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren, da der Makler sowohl telefonisch als auch per Email plötzlich nicht mehr erreichbar war. Haben ihm mehrmals auf die Mobilbox gesprochen, jedoch bis heute keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Absolut unprofessionell und nicht weiterzuempfehlen! Wanted to visit a house in Karlstetten, the first answer came quickly with details about the house. However, we could not make an appointment to view the property because the agent was suddenly no longer available by phone or email. Have spoken to him several times on the mobile box, but have not received any feedback until today. Absolutely unprofessional and not to be recommended!
