s	sandra leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ haben mit unseren kleinen sohn länger als ne halbe stunde vor der türe gewartet und unser platz wurde einfach an andere weiter gegeben weil die ach so nette mitarbeiterin(mit pinken haaren) uns nicht gesehn hat obwohl wir VOR DER TÜRE gewartet haben und fangt dann auch noch an uns totall dreist einfach zu ignorieren weil wir uns wegen der unverschämtheit beschwert haben. Chef/in angeblich auf urlaub dann können die ja alle machen was die wollen. Finden wir totall unfreundlich und unverschämt so ein verhalten. have waited in front of the door with our little son for more than half an hour and our place was simply passed on to others because the oh so nice employee (with pink hair) did not see us even though we had waited in front of the door and then catches to totally ignore us totally brazenly because we complained about the insolence. Boss supposedly on vacation then they can all do what they want. We find totally unfriendly and insolent such behavior.

Ich kam hin, frage ob gerade Zeit frei ist (bei diesem Friseur kann man keinen Termin vereinbaren) und meine Frage wurde bejaht. Nun setze ich mich auf den Stuhl und wurde unfreundlich gefragt "aber waschen und föhnen willst eh ned oder". Erstens war es in einem extrem unhöflichen Ton, zweitens ist es extrem unprofessionell einem erwachsenen Menschen trocken die Haare zu schneiden bzw. davon auszugehen, dass Haarwäsche und Föhnen nicht gewünscht sind. Ich wies sie darauf hin, dass ich das sehrwohl wolle. Darauf antwortete sie ebenfalls unhöflich, dass sie dazu jetzt keine Zeit habe, weil sie jetzt dann in Pause gehe. Wollte sie mir in 10 Minuten meine Haare schneiden?? Zum Glück bin ich dann gegangen. Absolutely no recommendation! The lady was very rude and seemed extremely unprofessional. I came, ask if time is free (at this barber you can not make an appointment) and my question was answered in the affirmative. Now I sit on the chair and was asked unfriendly "but want to wash and blow-dry anyway or". First, it was in an extremely rude tone, secondly, it is extremely unprofessional to dry an adult man's hair dry or to assume that hair washing and blow-drying are not desired. I pointed out that I wanted that very well. She also rudely replied that she did not have time to do that, because now she is taking a break. Did she want to cut my hair in 10 minutes ?? Luckily I left then.

Wenn alles paßt nur eine kurze Wartezeit und schon wird in der gewohnten Qualität beraten und betreut und man geht mit einem Lächeln und einer feschen Frisur wieder raus. Absolute Empfehlung. You are greeted in a friendly manner and asked about the test result. If everything fits, just wait a short time and you will be advised and looked after in the usual quality and you leave with a smile and a smart hairstyle. Absolute recommendation.

T	Thomas Oberndorfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich kann diesen Friseur absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. Konkret ist hier die Rede von der Friseurin Tamara. Sie wirkte total unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Meine Haare wurden schlussendlich um ein vielfaches kürzer als im vorhinein ausgemacht. Noch dazu ist mein Deckhaar nun total ungleichmäßig lang und vom seitlichen Verlauf ist auch nicht viel zu erkennen. Als ich die Dame dann zum Schluss darauf ansprach, dass das Ergebnis nicht dem entspricht, was wir vorher ausgemacht haben, kam lediglich die Antwort: "Tut mir leid, ich kann jetzt auch nichts mehr machen". Eine totale Frechheit, wie ich finde. Was mich auch noch darin bestätigt, dass diese Dame ihren Beruf nicht beherrscht, ist die Tatsache, dass sie nicht einmal bemerkte, dass es sich bei meinen Haaren um eine Dauerwelle handelt. (Sie wollte meine Haare ganz normal föhnen. Bis jetzt hat mir jeder Friseur gesagt, dass man eine Dauerwelle mit einem Diffusor föhnen sollte oder einfach an der Luft trocknen lassen soll.) I cannot recommend this hairdresser at all. Specifically, we are talking about the hairdresser Tamara. She seemed totally rude and unprofessional. My hair ended up being a lot shorter than I had anticipated. In addition, my top hair is now totally uneven in length and there is not much to see from the lateral course. When I finally asked the lady that the result did not match what we had agreed before, the only answer was: "I'm sorry, I can't do anything more now". A total disgrace, I think. What also confirms to me that this lady doesn't know her job is the fact that she didn't even notice that my hair is permed. (She wanted to blow dry my hair normally. Up to now, every barber has told me to blow dry a perm with a diffuser or just let it air dry.)
