T	Tanja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War lediglich zum Wimpern färben in dieser Filiale, leider missfiel mir der Umgang mit den Kundinnen und Kunden sehr. Es gab kaum Kommunikation zwischen Kunde und Angestelltem, während des ganzen Färbevorgangs wurde ich nicht einmal gefragt, ob die Farbe brennt bzw. angenehm ist, wie es mir dabei geht, etc. Des Weiteren wurde mir die verbleibende Zeit währenddessen nie mitgeteilt; weshalb ich blind wie ein Maulwurf und ahnungslos in meine Friseurstuhl ausharren durfte. Zu guter Letzt wurde mir ohne Vorwarnung und weitere Worte einfach auf die Augen gefasst, weshalb ich sehr erschrak; meine vom Färben doch sehr roten Augen wurden belächelt und zu Hause durfte ich noch eine halbe Stunde in meinem Gesicht wegen unsauber angebrachten Farbe herumrubbeln. Würde hier nicht mehr herkommen! Was only in this branch to dye my eyelashes, unfortunately I really disliked dealing with customers. There was hardly any communication between the customer and the employee, during the entire dyeing process I was not even asked whether the color burns or is pleasant, how I feel about it, etc. Furthermore, I was never told the remaining time during this; which is why I was allowed to sit blind as a mole and unsuspecting in my barber chair. In the end, I was just held on the eyes without warning or further words, which is why I was very scared; my eyes, which were very red from the dyeing, were laughed at and at home I was allowed to rub my face for half an hour because the paint had not been properly applied. Wouldn't come back here!
M	Marco Maurer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittlerweile das 4 mal hier gewesen 2 mal top und 2mal flop und jedes Mal bei der Friseurin mit den Namen C...... Unfähig die Augenbrauen richtig zu Formen muss jedes mal zuhause nachbessern, beim Haareschneiden an der Seite gestern sehr viel übersehen was ich auch zuhause nachbessern musste. Auch beim schneiden kein Gefühl in den Finger alles nur zack zack zack als wenn sie einen rekord aufstellen musste, das gleiche beim haarewaschen, kein Gefüh. Die muss im früheren Beruf Fleischerin gewesen sein, anders kann ich mir diesen groben Umgang nicht erklären. Auf jeden Fall das letzte Mal das ich diese Filiale aufgesucht habe. Meanwhile been here 4 times, 2 times top and 2 times flop and each time at the hairdresser with the name C ...... Nunmehr war ich aus Terminnot gezwungen, den in Urfahr (Hauptstraße) auszuprobieren. Vorgabe war recht simpel: Den selben Haarschnitt (Siehe mein Profilbild angefügt) wie jedes Mal nachschneiden. Vorher waschen… Nach dem Schnitt meinte Sie kurz und prägnant. „Naja, ist etwas kurz geworden - entspricht nicht Ihren Vorgaben - aber keine Sorge - es wächst ja nach…“ Ich war schockiert… Kurz war kein Ausdruck. Trotz des unerwünschten Ergebnisses bestand die „Salonleiterin“, welche auch den Schnitt gemacht hat auf Bezahlung. Sowas könne ja mal passieren… Fazit: Ich habe bezahlt - das war es mir nicht Wert da Stress zu machen… aber ich werde dort bestimmt nicht wieder hingehen… Nachtrag: Klipp hat gerade bei meiner Partnerin angerufen. Sie verwiesen auf eine Zufriedenheit-Garantie. Was sollte die Dame machen? Sie hatte es mit der Maschine zu kurz geschnitten, obwohl ich um Schere gebeten hatte, Sie meinte das könne Sie anhand des Bildes problemlos. Im Nachgang - war das Kind in den Brunnen gefallen. Ankleben geht nunmal nicht! I know the Klipp hairdressers from Linz from another branch (in the atrium). Now I was forced to try out the one in Urfahr (main street) because of a tight schedule. Despite the undesirable result, the “salon manager”, who also made the cut, insisted on payment. Something like that could happen ... Conclusion: I paid - it wasn't worth stressing out for me ... but I will definitely not go there again ... Addendum: Klipp just called my partner. They referred to a satisfaction guarantee. What should the lady do? She cut it too short with the machine, even though I had asked for scissors, she said you could do that easily with the help of the picture. In the aftermath - the child fell into the well. Gluing is not possible!
A	Anna Sophie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe blonde Strähnen + Tönung bekommen und einen neuen Haarschnitt und bin wie immer mega zufrieden. Wurde dann auch noch super bezüglich Pflege beraten. Ich war schon bei vielen Frisören in Linz aber das Team bei Klipp liegt definitiv auf Platz 1! I got blonde strands + tint and a new haircut and, as always, I am mega satisfied. Was then also great advice on care. I've been to a lot of hairdressers in Linz, but the team at Klipp is definitely number 1!

I	Ingrid Gumprecht on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute wegen einer Sweet Glättung und Spitzen schneiden beim Klipp. Das Ergebnis ist toll, aber die Behandlung war es nicht: Friseurin hat mich mehrmals mit Glätteisen verbrannt, mir über die Ohren frisiert, mir die Maske mit Kamm runtergezogen und mich mit Nägeln am Hals gekratzt. Als mich Friseurin mit Glätteisen am Ohr verbrannte meine sie "Bald ist Wochenende" und wenn ich fertig bin kann sie gehen. Friseurin hat als sie fertig war, dann noch ganz laut "Endlich!" geschnaubt. Wer jetzt sagt, naja, Billigfriseur, da darf man nicht viel erwarten - für €225,- möchte ich doch ein angenehmes Friseurerlebnis haben und das war es nicht. M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there last week with my 4 year old son. Now I understand cutting a 4 year old with long curly hair can be difficult. But his hair now is completely messed up. Horrible. Every single person has asked me: What the hell have you done with his hair???? He looks like a mittelalter page boy. It will grow back, eventually. Luckely its winter, he can wear a heat all the time.
