★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider passiert es immer wieder, dass Dinge die wir telefonisch bestellen nicht lagernd sind. Das ist ja grundsätzlich nicht das Porblem, aber es wäre nett wenn man darauf schon bei der telefonischen Bestellung hingewiesen wird, und nicht erst wenn man auf der Rechnung liest, Artikel nicht lieferbar! Ich kann im laufenden Betrieb nicht über 2 Wochen auf Rasierklingen warten. Dann, bei telefonischer Nachfrage von der Mitarbeiterin vertröstet zu werden, mit der Aussage "Sie kommen schon diese Woche" hilft mir da auch nicht.
Unfortunately, it always happens that things that we order by phone are not in stock. This is basically not the problem, but it would be nice if you were informed of this when ordering by phone, and not only when you read the invoice, items not available! I cannot wait for razor blades for over 2 weeks while the system is running. Then being put off by the employee when asked by phone, saying "You are coming this week" does not help me either.
