K	Kati Rechberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schreibe eigentlich nie eine Rezension... Aber heute hat mich die Unhöflichkeit einer Frisörin auf Anfrage ob ein Termin frei wäre, wirklich geärgert. Schade drum.... I never actually write a review ... But today I was really annoyed by the impoliteness of a hairdresser when asked if an appointment would be free. Too bad....

Ich wollte blonder werden und ja keine graue oder aschige Töne, habe der Frisörin auch 2 Bilder gezeigt, stattdessen sind meine Haare jetzt dunkler(viel dunkler , als vorher!) und unten gräulich! Habe der netten Dame auch gesagt nur so viel (oder besser gesagt so wenig)wie möglich abzuschneiden, jetzt sind die Haare gute 15 cm kürzer! Die Stirnfransen wollte ich gerade geschnitten haben und seitlich unten abstufen, jetzt habe ich komplett schiefe Stirnfransen und oben abgestuft, schaut einfach bescheuert aus und leider viel zu kurz um die irgendwie auszubessern. Also wenn ihr auf Überraschungen steht, dann seid ihr hier genau richtig! Es kann auch sein , dass ich die schlechteste Frisörin beim Klipp erwischt habe, also einfach Pech hatte, aber für mich kommt Klipp nie mehr in Frage! Very friendly! That's the positive. Everything else is negative. I wanted to become more blond and yes no gray or ashy tones, I also showed the hairdresser 2 pictures, instead my hair is now darker (much darker than before!) And grayish at the bottom! I also told the nice lady to cut off as much (or rather as little) as possible, now the hair is a good 15 cm shorter! I wanted to have the forehead fringes cut straight and graded at the bottom, now I have completely oblique forehead fringes and at the top, it just looks stupid and unfortunately far too short to somehow mend it. So if you're into surprises, you've come to the right place! It could also be that I caught the worst hairdresser at the Klipp, so I was just unlucky, but Klipp is never an option for me!
U	Ulrike Mesaric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab heute nur kurz reingefragt ob Zeit wäre meinem Sohn die Haare zu schneiden (ich weiß dass es bei Klipp keine Termine gibt) aber ich wurde derart unfreundlich von einer Friseurin mehr oder weniger abgewiesen das es bestimmt mein erster und letzter Besuch bei Klipp war.! ? Today I just asked if there was time to cut my son's hair (I know that there are no appointments at Klipp) but I was more or less turned away by a hairdresser so unfriendly that it was definitely my first and last visit to Klipp.! ?
K	Kerstin Goger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Konzept von KLIPP ohne Termin würde ich nochmal überdenken, war 2-mal dort und es war nichts frei, wenn man so ein Konzept führen will, kann man nicht unterbesetzt arbeiten, 2 Friseure am Vormittag ist ja lächerlich. Das, was mich am meisten gestört hat! dadurch ich am Vortag schon einen Covid Test verschwendet habe, musste ich noch schnell einen Test im Auto machen, ich wollte vorher schauen, ob ich dieses mal mit meiner kleinen 2-jährigen Tochter nicht länger als eine Stunde warten muss, und mein Impfausweiss war leider auch noch nicht gültig, in diesen 3Minuten kam eine andere Dame rein und wurde dran genommen, obwohl ich gesagt habe ich komme gleich wieder. Ich muss nur schnell einen Test machen, ich wurde danach weiter geschickt, weil sie können nicht frei halten, auch wenn ich nur schnell einen Test im Auto mache. Daher ist mir es mit Termin einfach viel lieber, deshalb werde ich zu KLIPP nicht mehr gehen. I would reconsider the concept of KLIPP without an appointment, I was there twice and nothing was available, if you want to lead such a concept, you cannot work understaffed, 2 hairdressers in the morning is ridiculous. The thing that bothered me the most! Because I had already wasted a Covid test the day before, I had to quickly do a test in the car, I wanted to see beforehand whether I would not have to wait longer than an hour this time with my little 2-year-old daughter, and unfortunately my vaccination certificate was also not yet valid, in these 3 minutes another lady came in and was taken, although I said I'll be right back. I just have to do a test quickly, after that I was sent on because they can't keep clear, even if I just do a quick test in the car. That's why I just much prefer it with an appointment, that's why I will no longer go to KLIPP.
