Die etwas ältere Dame war auch sehr freundlich.
Nur mir kam es so vor als würden ihre Finger stark nach Nikotin riechen, was ich als etwas störend empfand.
Sonst alles gut, auch faire Preise
It was positive that I got it right away.
The older lady was also very friendly.
Only to me it seemed as if her fingers smelled strongly of nicotine, which I found a bit annoying.
Otherwise everything is good, also fair prices

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War in der Filiale im CCA Amstetten, habe eine komplette Umfärbung machen lassen und bin mehr als zufrieden! Fr. Melanie hat einen wirklich super Job gemacht! Das Ganze war eine Prozedur für sie und sie ist geduldig und sehr nett geblieben. Werde da sicher gerne wieder hingehen...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haben mir beim ausbessern eine Farbe die Haare so gefärbt das ich am Schluss gar keine blonden Strähnen mehr hatte obwohl ich ausdrücklich gesagt habe 90% der Haare müssen blond sein . Am Schluss war ich komplett brünett. Fürs ausbessern davon musste ich erst wieder bezahlen zudem habe ich dann nur noch Oberkopfsträhnen gehabt und nicht im ganzen Kopf ! Nie mehr wieder …
Dyed my hair while I was mending it in such a way that in the end I didn't have any blond strands at all, although I expressly said 90% of my hair had to be blond. I ended up being all brunette. I had to pay again to have it repaired, and then I only had strands on top of my head and not the whole head! Never again …
