S	Sabrina Haidinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen die an diesem Standort arbeiten sind wirklich sehr nett und ehrlich (bis jetzt waren immer nur Damen als ich dort war), das gefällt mir sehr gut, da ich es bevorzuge dass man mir sagt was wirklich getan werden muss damit meine Haare wieder gesund aussehen und nicht einfach auf mein Jammern eingeht dass man doch keine 2cm meiner langen Haare schneiden kann :) 4 statt 5 Sterne gibt es deshalb da es nunmal eine Kette ist und man schon etwas das Gefühl hat in Massen abgefertigt zu werden. The ladies who work at this site are really nice and honest (so far only ladies were there when I was there), I like that very much as I prefer to be told what really needs to be done to make my hair healthy again look and do not just respond to my whining that you can not cut 2cm of my long hair :) There are 4 instead of 5 stars because it is a chain and you already have the feeling that you are being mass-processed.

Romeo and Verena are super nice. Requests are taken into account. If you are not quite sure what you want, you will be given the best advice. Highly recommended.

Was mich stört ist, dass man mit den nassen Haaren dann ziemlich im Luftzug der Rosenarcade sitzt und es echt kalt werden kann. Kommt darauf an, welchen Platz man bekommt. Unfortunately there is no longer the nice hairdresser who made my hair the best. Value for money okay. What bothers me is that you can sit in the draft of the Rosenarcade with your wet hair and it can get really cold. It depends on which place you get.

Gute und engagierte Beratung, die Wartezeit ist erträglich für FIFO-Prinzip. Mitarbeiterin wirkt kompetent und freundlich! There are a lot of hairdressing salons where I always noticed something negative, this is not the case here! Good and committed advice, the waiting time is tolerable for the FIFO principle. Employee looks competent and friendly!
P	Pp Shekina Befreiung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern spontan bei euch zu einem Haarschnitt und habe darum gebeten, dass bei meinen langen Haaren die Seiten so geschnitten werden, sodass beim Zusammenbinden seitlich die kurzen Haare nicht mehr wegstehen. Nach eurem Besuch war alles gut, weil die Haare noch schön nass waren. Heute sehe ich fast so zerstrubelt aus wie vor eurem Besuch (ich hatte mich schon gewundert, dass nur sowenig weggeschnitten wurde, aber ich vertraute euch; ich bin ja nicht der Friseur) und bin enttäuscht. Das ist doch euer Job zu wissen, was da zu tun ist. Den 2ten Stern gibts nur wegen dem netten Service. Normalerweise würde ich persönlich vorbei kommen und das beanstanden, aber ich bin selten in Tulln. I spontaneously went to your house yesterday for a haircut and asked that the sides of my long hair be cut in such a way that the short hair on the side no longer stood out when I tied it together. After your visit, everything was fine because the hair was still wet. Today I look almost as broken up as before your visit (I was surprised that only a little was cut away, but I trusted you; I'm not the hairdresser) and I am disappointed. It's your job to know what to do. The 2nd star is only due to the nice service. Usually I would come over personally and complain, but I rarely go to Tulln.

Letztes Mal war ich um 17:47 da und um 17:55 fertig. War mehrere Jahre Stammkunde in Tulln, Horn und 1080 Wien. Ab sofort nicht mehr. Rudely dismissed at 5:38 p.m., because the bored-looking, slightly overweight employee said she would close in 10 minutes. Last time I was there at 5:47 p.m. and finished at 5:55 p.m. Was a regular customer in Tulln, Horn and 1080 Vienna for several years. From now on no more.

Ich möchte schon länger von Blond mit dunklen Ansatz wieder zu dunkelblond/hellbraun. Eingestellt war ich darauf, dass ich ein paar Termine brauchen werde. Doch beim heutigen Termin kam die Antwort: Natürlich geht es mit einer Tönung am komplett Kopf. Ich fragte mehrmals nach bezüglich Grünstich und/oder Fleckerlteppich. Die Frisörin meinte, dass dafür mit etwas rot dagegenwirken wird (nanona...). Tja, ein Fehler auf sie zu hören, da wäre es besser gewesen, bei blond zu bleiben. Ich hab ihr meine Meinung zum Ergebnis geschildert, als Antwort kam nur: Naja, anders werden wir zu keiner braunen Farbe kommen. Oder: Das Rot wäscht sich schon aus. Fakt ist: Auf meinem Kopf befindet sich ein Fleckerlteppich, auch grün kommt durch! Da geht man schon zum Frisör & das Ergebnis ist alles andere als zufriedenstellend. Da war ich bei meinen Experimenten erfolgreicher. Anstatt mit einem tollen Gefühl nach Hause zu fahren, ist mir nur noch zum Weinen.... So far I've always been satisfied.
