L	Larissa Libor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechte Organisation und unzureichende Kommunikation mit dem Labor. Deshalb ewige Wartezeiten trotz Termin. Planen Sie am besten einen ganzen Tag ein falls Sie eine Untersuchung brauchen. Die Wartebereiche vor den Ambulanzen sind zudem sehr ungemütlich. Bad organization and poor communication with the lab. Therefore, endless waiting times despite the appointment. It is best to plan a full day in case you need an examination. The waiting areas in front of the ambulances are also very uncomfortable.
S	Sylvia Edelmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunja. Bitter enttäuscht von Kreissaal und Wochenstation. Meine Tochter wollte ihr erstes Baby eigentlich dort entbinden. Bestens von Dr. Laussegger in der Ordination betreut, war der schlechte Empfang im Kreissaal und auch die Unfreundlichkeit bis zur Wochenstation ein Schock. Allerdings muss man eine Mitarbeiterin , die im Nachtdienst auf der Station war, herausnehmen!!! Sie war sehr nett und freundlich. Leider waren es zu viele negative Ereignisse. Auch die Hygiene im Kreissaal.... Auf jeden Fall hat meine Tochter noch in der Nacht das Krankenhaus verlassen und ist mit ihren Wehen nach St. Veit. Von da an, fehlte nix mehr an Liebe zum Beruf, Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit. Alles was zum schönsten Tag im Leben gehört, ein Kind zu bekommen, wurden dort erfüllt. Danke Ich kann nur hoffen das im ELKI andere Abteilungen einen anderen Anspruch an Qualität , Kompetenz, Leistung und vor allem Liebe am Beruf haben. Oh well. Bitterly disappointed with the delivery room and maternity ward. My daughter actually wanted to deliver her first baby there. Best by Dr. Laussegger looked after in the ordination, the bad reception in the delivery room and the unfriendliness up to the week ward was a shock. However, you have to take out an employee who was on the ward on night duty! She was very nice and kind. Unfortunately there were too many negative events. Also the hygiene in the delivery room ... In any case, my daughter left the hospital that night and went to St. Veit with her contractions. From then on, nothing was missing in terms of love for the job, competence, friendliness. Everything that belongs to the most beautiful day in life, having a child, was fulfilled there. thanks I can only hope that other departments at ELKI have different demands on quality, competence, performance and, above all, love of the job.
D	Desiree Ploner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste mit meinen 7 Wochen alten Sohn ins elki weil er eine leistenhernie hatte. Auf der Basis Station haben sicher von 10 Schwestern 8 den Beruf verfehlt. Unfreundlich, unsensibel, kein Einfühlungsvermögen. Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht. Ein Stern ist noch zu viel I had to go to the elki with my 7 week old son because he had a inguinal hernia. At the base station, 8 out of 10 sisters have certainly missed the job. Unfriendly, insensitive, no empathy. I'm really disappointed. One star is still too many

Wurde in der 17. ssw mit der Rettung eingeliefert mit kollabs (Bewusstlosigkeit) wurde im elki auf dem Gang abgestellt mit einer 2 stündigen Wartezeit danach wurde ich erst gefragt ob ich auf den Bauch gefallen wäre. Heute 36. ssw erst Gespräch Termin 8 Uhr habe bis 9:40 gewartet zum Ultraschall, Patienten die nach mir eingetroffen sind waren vor mir fertig mit der selben Behandlung! Für was braucht man überhaupt einen Termin??? Nothing good to say starting from rudeness to incompetence! Long waiting times despite the appointment. Was brought in with the ambulance in the 17th ssw with kollabs (unconsciousness) was parked in the elki in the corridor with a 2 hour waiting time afterwards I was asked whether I had fallen on my stomach. Today 36th ssw first conversation appointment 8 o'clock I waited until 9:40 for the ultrasound, patients who arrived after me were finished with the same treatment before me! What do you need an appointment for anyway ???
c	cKone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So ein Drecksladen wie kein zweiter! Man sollte hoffen das sein Kind niemehr dort rein muss! Jede einzelne Schwester, jeder Arzt da drinnen gehört verklagt! So dermasen inkompetent und unfreundlich! Das Kärntner Gesundheitssystem sollte sich schämen! Such a dirty shop like no other! One should hope that his child never has to go in there again! Every single sister, every doctor in there should be sued! So so incompetent and unfriendly! The Carinthian health system should be ashamed!
J	Jana F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur schrecklich!! Ich hoffe ich muss nie mehr hier her.... Man muss den Ärzten alles aus der Nase ziehn... Wichtige Informationen werden oft nicht mitgeteilt wenn man nicht speziell danach fragt! Trotz Termin teilweise 1-2 Stunden wartezeit.. Die Organisation hier ist auch eine Frechheit! Wir haben auf ein wichtiges Ergebniss gewartet...bei der Kontrolle hieß es das wir dass ja e schon wissen bzw das uns bestimmt jemand angerufen hat...war aber nicht so... Ich könnte noch viel mehr schreiben!!!?‍♀️ Just terrible!! I hope I never have to come here again... You have to pull everything out of the doctors' noses... Important information is often not shared unless specifically asked for! Even with an appointment, there was a 1-2 hour wait. The organization here is also a joke! We were waiting for an important result... during the check it was said that we already knew that and that someone had definitely called us... but it wasn't like that... I could write a lot more!!!?‍ ♀️
K	Katze Boehm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte dort auf der Gynäkologischen Abteilung einen Termin. Leider habe ich trotz Termin 45 Minuten warten muessen. Die beiden älteren Schwester/ Büroangestellten im Büro waren herzlich, unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Eine Herz und eine Seele. Die junge Aerztin war ebenfalls sehr sehr freundlich und hat mir alles erklaert , wenn ich Fragen hatte, ging sie sehr gut darauf ein. Ich durft ebenfalls zu schauen was sie genau macht. Auch die junge blonde Schwester war zucker. Ich habe selten eine junge Schwester kennengelernt welche so ehrlich und liebevoll einen fragt ob alles in ordnung ist. Ich habe mich trotz der Wartezeit sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Lieben Dank I had an appointment there in the gynecological department. Angefangen vom Eingang/Anmeldung bis zur Ärztin die mich untersucht hat, waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Habe zwar ein bißchen warten müssen, aber das war nicht schlimm für mich. Auch in der Schwangerenambulanz ist ein sehr liebes Team vor Ort. I was in the gynecology department today for an emergency. From the entrance/registration to the doctor who examined me, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had to wait a bit, but that wasn't bad for me. There is also a very nice team on site in the outpatient clinic for pregnant women.
