M	Meryem Sahan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIE WIEDER! Wir sind nach Graz umgezogen und es war unser Erstgespräch dort.. Wir müssten in der kälte draußen warten danach wurde mein Hund reingenommen und ich musste noch immer draußen warten nach nichtmal 1 Minute hat die Sekräterin zu mir gesagt ich soll zum 2 Fenster draußen warten die Tierärztin wird mit mir vom Fenster aus sprechen!! Die Tierärztin hat mir meinen Hund durchs Fenster rausgegeben... Ich habe meine Anliegen der Sekräterin sagen müssen daher Sie niemanden reinlassen!!! Bin 2 mal geimpft und trage eine Maske! Sie hat Ihn nichtmal richtig Kontrolliert das was ich gesagt habe wollte Sie dann "nach kontrollieren"?‍♀️ Mein Hund hat sich garnicht wohlgefühlt bei Ihr und hat geknurrt normalerweise hat er sowas nie gemacht.. Wäre ich dabei könnte ich alle Anliegen besser sagen erklären und mein Hund hätte da auch keine Angst schließlich war er dort zum ersten mal und ist noch sehr jung! Ich wäre gerne dabei gewesen mein Hund hätte sich wohler,sicherer gefühlt und ich könnte genau zu sehen was sie alles kontrolliert! Naja aufjedenfall hat Sie 40€ verlangt für das wo sie ihn nichtmal richtig kontrolliert hatte..! Suche mir einen neuen Tierarzt/Tierärztin! NEVER AGAIN! We moved to Graz and it was our first meeting there .. We would have to wait outside in the cold afterwards my dog was taken in and I still had to wait outside after less than 1 minute the secretary told me to wait outside the 2 window and the vet will speak to me from the window !! The vet gave me my dog through the window ... I have to tell the secretary about my concerns so you don't have to let anyone in! I have been vaccinated twice and wear a mask! She didn't even check him properly what I said then she wanted to "check" ?‍♀️ My dog didn't feel comfortable with her at all and growled normally he never did anything like that .. If I were there I would be able to explain all the concerns better and my dog would not be afraid because he was there for the first time and is still very young! I would have loved to have been there, my dog would have felt more comfortable, safer and I could see exactly what she controls! Well, in any case, she asked for 40 € for what she hadn't even checked correctly ..! Find me a new vet!

Als ich vor 3 Jahren nach Graz gezogen bin wurde mir diese Praxis von mehreren Personen empfohlen und dafür bin ich mehr als dankbar!! Egal um welches Problem es sich handelt - dieses Team ist immer für einen da und es wird bis zum Schluss um ein Tier gekämpft. Die Liebe zu Tieren ist bei Frau Dr. Hulak und dem Team grenzenlos. Meine zwei Hunde freuen sich jedes Mal aufs neue wenn es wieder in die Praxis geht. Dr. Hulaks Fachkenntnisse sind beeindruckend und auch das restliche Team ist immer top informiert und mehr als kompetent! Jeder hat ein offenes Ohr und sind um die Tiere sehr sehr bemüht. Ich bin dieser Praxis für die letzen Jahre so dankbar und freue mich auf viele weitere! The BEST practice in Graz! Unfortunately I have had a few bad experiences with my animals. When I moved to Graz 3 years ago, this practice was recommended to me by several people and I am more than grateful for it! Regardless of the problem - this team is always there for you and an animal is fought until the end. The love for animals is important to Dr. Hulak and the team limitless. My two dogs are happy every time they go back to the practice. Dr. Hulak's expertise is impressive and the rest of the team is always well informed and more than competent! Everyone has an open ear and cares very much about the animals. I am so grateful to this practice for the past few years and look forward to many more!
M	Murz Pirat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich keine 0 Sterne geben. Leider sehr kühle und herzlose Ärtzin, obwohl Hund sehr alt und krank ist. Sind ohne Termin gekommen, weil Hund nicht mehr laufen konnte und Blut im Urin hatte, trotzdem wollte man uns wegschicken. Als erstes wurde um Geld gefragt. Wenn ich die Behandlung rückgängig machen könnte, würde ich niemals diese Praxis aufsuchen. Mir tut es vor allem für meinen Hund sehr leid! Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Unfortunately very cool and heartless doctor, although dog is very old and sick. We came without an appointment because the dog could no longer walk and had blood in the urine, but they wanted to send us away anyway. The first question asked was money. If I could undo the treatment, I would never go to this practice. I am especially sorry for my dog!
M	Markus Bruckmüller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich bemerkt hatte dass mein Dackel Idefix Zahnschmerzen hatte und kein anderer Tierarzt Zeit hatte, bin ich auf die Ordination von Frau Dr. Hulak gestoßen. Frau Dr. Hulak ist unter anderem auf Zähne spezialisiert und hatte direkt erkannt dass Idefix extrem schlechte Zähne und vor allem Schmerzen hatte. Nach einer ca. Zweistündigen OP war Idefix fertig. Gezogen wurden sieben Zähne. Frau Dr. Hulak hatte mich vor und nach der OP angerufen und mir genaustens erklärt was passiert ist. Ich kann die Kleintierpraxis absolut empfehlen und würde auch jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank nochmals Sie Frau Dr. Hulak und Ihr Team! After I noticed that had my dachshund Idefix toothache and no other vet had time, I'm on the ordination of Dr. Hulak encountered. Miss Dr. Hulak specializes among other things, teeth and had recognized that directly Idefix extremely bad teeth had and pain especially. After a two-hour surgery Idefix was finished. were pulled seven teeth. Miss Dr. Hulak had called me before and after surgery and me most exactly explained what happened. I can absolutely recommend the small animal practice and would go back anytime. Thanks again to Dr. Hulak and your team!

For us it was the first visit to the small animal practice. They took a lot of time for us and gave very good advice. We'd love to come back.

Anita) both speak good english! that is great convenience for people who don't speak german and everyone are very friendly and helpful. The vet was very enthusiastic and supportive to check further information that I couldn't find in internet. Great People and Service! :)
