Romana eine sehr nette kompetente Dame war, die Scheibe wurde mir sehr rasch ausgetauscht ohne Probleme. Sie war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hat mich echt gefreut von dieser Dame bedient zu werden und ich würde diese Verkäuferin zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Sollte in der Auto Branche mehr von ihr geben.. Werde auf jeden Fall weiter in dieser Filiale Einkaufen.. Hi I got a windshield for a BMW E90, unfortunately it was a wrong order. But I have to say that fr. Romana was a very nice, competent lady, the disc was exchanged very quickly without any problems. She was very friendly and accommodating. I was really happy to be served by this lady and I would recommend this seller 100%. Should be more of her in the auto industry. Will definitely continue shopping in this store ..

Der Außendienstmitarbeiter - einfach ein Urgestein in der Branche, Souveränität hat einen Namen! Etwas schade finde ich jedoch, dass sich der Big Boss vom Acker gemacht hat - eine/zwei Stufen höher - alles Gute! Unterm Strich, alles was ich bei KLEIN kaufen kann, wird da gekauft. Die Preise sind schwer in Ordnung. Weiter so!!! Really GREAT TEAM in sales, always friendly and hard-working... especially the ladies! The sales representative - simply a veteran in the industry, sovereignty has a name! I do think it's a pity, however, that the Big Boss has left the field - one or two levels up - all the best! Bottom line, everything I can buy from KLEIN is bought there. The prices are pretty decent. Keep it up!!!
