★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe leider eine schlechte Erfahrung gemacht, die sich jetzt wahrscheinlich nur mit einem Anwalt klären lässt, nachdem die Putzerei hier einem nicht ihre Hilfe anbietet.
Es wurden über das letzte Jahr von 2 Sakkos, die von mir in die Reinigung gebracht worden sind, beide beim Putzvorgang selbst, verkleinert. Und zwar fühlbar, da sich die Schulterbreite und die Ärmellängen der Sakkos deutlich verkleinert haben. Als Antwort kam nur offensive gesagt, ich habe wahrscheinlich zugenommen, wobei ich eines der Sakkos eine Woche davor noch bei meiner Verlobung angehabt habe, welches perfekt gepasst hat.
Es mag sein, dass sie sauber putzen, doch diese Erfahrung zu machen, ist für mich als Konsument einfach nicht verständlich und überaus ärgerlich.

Over the past year, 2 jackets that I have brought to the cleaning department, both during the cleaning process, were downsized. You can feel it because the shoulder width and sleeve length of the jackets have decreased significantly. The only answer came offensive: I have probably put on weight, although I wore one of the jackets one week before when I got engaged, which fit perfectly.
It may be that they clean properly, but having this experience is simply not understandable for me as a consumer and extremely annoying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider falsche Preisauskunft, war beim Abholen dann doppelt so teuer ! Reparatur hat lange gedauert und obwohl versprochen wurde anzurufen erfolgte kein Anruf. Personal chaotisch, einer weis nicht was der andere zugesagt hat. Nie wieder !
Unfortunately wrong price information, it was twice as expensive when you pick it up! Repair took a long time and although they promised to call, there was no call. Staff chaotic, one does not know what the other has promised. Never again !
