★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kein Ergebnis beim Alleinvermittlungsauftrag, bei anderem Makler wurde die Wohnung schnell zu gewünschten Betrag verkauft.
Grundsätzlich kein Problem, da wir jedoch im Nachhinein beim neuen Makler die Fotos austauschen mussten, da Sesseln des alten Maklers am Foto waren, gebe ich eine schlechte Bewertung.
Unfortunately no result with the sole brokerage contract, the apartment was quickly sold for the desired amount with another broker.
Basically no problem, but since we had to exchange the photos with the new agent afterwards, since the old agent's armchairs were on the photo, I give a bad rating.
