★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ehemalige Klarissenkloster ist eine Vierflügelanlage um einen Rechteckhof, die im Südwesten von Dürnstein gelegen ist. Das ehemalige Klostergebäude ist seit 1841 ein Gasthof, heute das Hotel Richard Löwenherz. Die ehemalige Klosterkirche aus dem 13. bzw. Anfang des 14. Jahrhundert ist im Nordosten der Anlage gelegen. Es handelt sich um einen kastenförmigen, blockartigen Bau, der Ende des 16. Jahrhunderts nach Abtragung der Gewölbezone zum Schüttkasten umgebaut wurde. An der Langhausaußenseite sieht man heute noch 2-fach gestufte Strebepfeiler. Dazwischen sind die abgemauerten hohen spitzbogigen Fenstergewände mit querrechteckigen Schüttbodenfenster in 2 Geschossen aus dem späten 16. bzw. Anfang des 17. Jahrhunderts gelegen.
 The former Poor Clare Monastery is a four-wing complex around a rectangular courtyard, which is located in the southwest of Dürnstein. The former monastery building has been an inn since 1841, today the Hotel Richard Löwenherz. The former monastery church from the 13th or beginning of the 14th century is located in the northeast of the complex. It is a box-shaped, block-like building that was converted into a bulk box at the end of the 16th century after the vaulted area was removed. On the outside of the nave you can still see buttresses stepped on two levels. In between, there are the bricked, high, ogival window frames with rectangular bulk floor windows in two storeys from the late 16th and early 17th centuries.
