Das Gästehaus liegt wunderschön mit privatem Blick auf Maria Locherboden und die dahinter liegenden Berge. Das Haus ist komplett und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für 4-5 Personen. Mit seinem Tiroler Bauernhaus Charme, seinem Blick auf die Berge und seiner Abgeschiedenheit vom täglichen Trubel des Alltags, genießen wir es immer wieder hierher (wie in ein zweites Zuhause) zurück zu kommen. Freuen uns schon auf die Sommerferien! Grüße aus Velbert, Peter & Familie We (2 adults and 2 children) have been regular guests of the Brunnenhaus for more than 5 years. The guest house is beautifully situated with a private view of Maria Locherboden and the mountains beyond. The house is fully and tastefully furnished and offers enough space for 4-5 people. With its Tyrolean farmhouse charm, its view of the mountains and its seclusion from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we always enjoy coming back here (like a second home). Herzlicher Empfang der Gastgeber (und der Tiere rundherum) inklusive. Wir haben diesen besonderen Ort sehr genossen. Wonderful days in a fairytale atmosphere! If you are looking for absolute peace and comfort in the middle of nature, you can only recommend the rustic Klammerhof. Warm welcome from the hosts (and the animals all around) included. We really enjoyed this special place.

Uns verbindet inzwischen eine enge Freundschaft mit der Verwalterfamilie- ein Jahr ohne Ferientage im wunderschön gelegenen und eingerichteten Klammer Hof ist nicht mehr vorstellbar! Our absolute favorite vacation spot! Wonderful nature, great holiday homes with lots of space and comfort and wonderful hosts! We now have a close friendship with the administrator family - a year without vacation days in the beautifully situated and furnished Klammer Hof is no longer imaginable!

Ausgeschilderte Wandertouren können direkt vom Haus aus gestartet werden. Wo hat man schon mal eine Burg in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder. a perfect place to relax, quiet with a great view of the mountains and yet central for excursions, gastronomy and shopping. Signposted hiking tours can be started directly from the house. Where do you have a castle in the immediate vicinity? Many thanks to the landlady. We would love to come back.

Mag es am vielen Wandern, an den gemütlichen Betten, dem Rauschen des Baches, dem Kaminfeuer an einem ungewöhnlich kalten Sommerabend oder dem immer wieder anders schönen Blick auf die Berge gelegen haben. Das Brunnenhaus ist wirklich so heimelig, wie es aussieht! *** 8.2019 Seldom have we slept so well on vacation! May it have been due to the many hiking, the cozy beds, the rustling of the stream, the open fire on an unusually cold summer evening or the always differently beautiful view of the mountains. Die idyllische Alleinlage und die Aussicht über das Tal sind traumhaft. Das Brunnenhaus ist wunderbar eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir als Familie gebraucht haben. Wer sich nach einer Auszeit vom allgemeinen Trubel sehnt, wird hier fündig. Wir haben uns jederzeit bestens versorgt gefühlt und können den Klammer Hof wärmstens empfehlen. We went to the Klammer Hof with our four children in May 2018 and enjoyed every minute. The idyllic secluded location and the view over the valley are fantastic. The fountain house is wonderfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed as a family. Anyone who longs for a break from the hustle and bustle will find it here. We felt well looked after at all times and would highly recommend the Klammer Hof.

In mezz'ora si è ad Innsbruck, o nelle bellissime località montane, come Oetz. Gli appartamenti sono deliziosi e dotati di qualsiasi comfort che possa tornare utile quando ci si vuole rilassare e non dover pensare a niente. Torneremo senz'altro appena possibile! Wonderful experience! Two beautiful houses, in full Tyrolean style, in the middle of the woods but a stone's throw from all services. In half an hour you are in Innsbruck, or in the beautiful mountain resorts, such as Oetz. The apartments are delightful and equipped with every comfort that can be useful when you want to relax and not have to think about anything. We will definitely be back as soon as possible!
