Gute Trainingsstrecke mit dem Rad.
Man kann auch bis Wachsenberg zb. mit dem Auto fahren und (hinaufwandern/spazieren) je nachdem wie man es sieht. 1 Stunde hinauf + 1 hinunter ca.
Bei der Rückkehr unbedingt beim Gasthaus Messner einkehren!
Für die Geschichte Interessierten, es gab einst einen Skilift auf der Rückseite des Berges, genannt Skilift Eden. Bevor man das letzte steile Stück zur Kitzelkapelle hinauf geht sieht man eine große flache Wiese, dort sind auch noch Betonpfeiler und das hohe Lifthaus zu finden. Man kann auch leicht erkennen wo die Liftschneise war. Glaube soweit ich mich erinnere, war der Winter 2005/06 das letzte Betriebsjahr, danach wurde alles verkauft (zu teuer, zu niedrig, kein Schnee mehr).

You can also go to Wachsenberg, for example. drive and (hike / walk) depending on how you see it. 1 hour up + 1 down approx.
Be sure to stop at Gasthaus Messner on your return!
For those interested in the story, there was once a ski lift at the back of the mountain, called the Eden ski lift. Before you go up the last steep stretch to the Kitzelkapelle you can see a large flat meadow, there are also concrete pillars and the high lift house. You can also easily see where the elevator lane was. As far as I can remember, the winter 2005/06 was the last year of operation, after that everything was sold (too expensive, too low, no more snow).
