★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wegen Reichtums geschlossen? - Nicht zum ersten Mal stehe ich auch heute wieder vor verschlossener Kittinger-Tür - zwei Stunden vor angegebenem Geschäftsschluss. Der Laden ist hell erleuchtet, auf der Website kein Hinweis auf Urlaub, an der Tür keine Nachricht bzgl. geänderter Öffnungszeiten. Nicht einmal ein "Komme gleich"-Schild. - Das empfinde ich als unprofessionell und arrogant. Meine Thonets repariert diese Firma jedenfalls nicht mehr. Gott sei dank ist der 18. Bezirk und ein Tischler mit ordentlicher Kundenbetreuung nicht weit.
Closed for riches? - It is not the first time that I am standing in front of the locked Kittinger door again today - two hours before the specified closing time. The shop is brightly lit, there is no indication of vacation on the website, no notice on the door regarding changed opening times. Not even a "coming soon" sign. - I find that unprofessional and arrogant. In any case, this company no longer repairs my Thonets. Thank goodness the 18th district and a carpenter with proper customer service is not far away.
