Es kümmert sich niemand darum. Despite repeated calls and a waiting time of around 30 minutes, no one answers there. I've been waiting for feedback on my written email for 2 weeks. Nobody cares.

Gar keine Wartezeit und wenn man warten muss dann höchstens 5 Minuten! Auch mit Kleinkind überhaupt kein Problem und mit Rollstuhl auch nicht, da man die ganz sacht ansteigende Rampe super hinauf kommt. Incredibly helpful! If you can't get through with the lines, go there !! No waiting at all and if you have to wait then a maximum of 5 minutes! No problem at all even with a toddler and not even with a wheelchair, as the gently rising ramp is easy to get up to.
