First to the Hotel Sailer. Yes, the rooms are outdated, a freshening up would certainly do a good job. However, the rooms are very clean, the staff is very friendly. The food is excellent and definitely above the 3 stars. The Hotel Stefan is clearly above this with 4 stars. It is very modern. The child care is great. The same applies to the infinity pool as well as to the sun deck. The food and the service are excellent, the rooms are very clean.

A beautiful and quite small family hotel on the outskirts of Wenns. There is a very attractive all-inclusive service and many extras that you can use for free in the region. You can also use the facilities of the Hotel Stefan in the village and have the lunch snack in the Hochzeiger Haus on the Alm free of charge?. We felt very comfortable here and are enthusiastic about the friendliness of the staff, who are always happy to provide advice and assistance.

Great price / performance ratio! We are very satisfied and love to come back again and again. Our room (Smurfs) is a bit old, but it offers a lot of space. The service is great! Relaxing holiday.

A really great children's hotel! We have been at the Sailer every year for years. The care of the children is well organized and simply warm. Be it our little daughter from an early age or our big son, who is super entertained in the evening (bowling / archery, and much more). The staff and the Sailer family are concerned with the well-being of every guest (children / adults). Processing and contact in times of the pandemic / lockdown is also smooth, uncomplicated and very personal. A family hotel cannot do more for its guests! Thanks for that!

We have stayed at the children's hotel sailer for a week. We really liked it, price-performance ratio is excellent. The food cannot be beat and there was always something for everyone. All employees are very kind and warm. Room always super clean and very sufficient from the space. Unfortunately, the mattresses and slatted frames in our room are no longer great, but you should work on them. We'll be back next year ?

Great food and great leisure activities for (older) children and families as a whole (from fishing to bungee trampoline). Great food; especially the menus for adults. The staff from the reception to the service to the cleaning ladies is nice and competent. The hotelier couple is very committed and present. Despite all the generosity that we were allowed to experience, we were amazed at the price for WiFi and laundry using the washing machine. Our room was a little very dark; the bathroom a bit too tight. An area next to your own dining table where you could sit down with several adults would be nice. The regulation for the use of the great Pitz-Card in the entire region is unfortunately a bit complicated. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would like to come back at some point.

Nice little family hotel in the Pitztal. Our room was perfect for 1 adult and 2 children. Everything finds its place. Warm and very clean. Balcony was a plus. Nice view of the mountains. With fewer than 20 rooms, everything is manageable here. You quickly get to know all of the guests. There is a buffet in the restaurant. Everything freshly and lovingly prepared. In the evening the main course is à la carte and served. Dessert is also served. Highest quality and tasted excellent. It was also great that you had your own table for the whole week. The whole team tries very hard, is friendly and helpful. Even Stefan and Karin, the owners, are happy to lead the family hikes on offer. You can always use the swimming pool and wellness area of ​​the other Hitel (900 m further), have a café and cake there. That it thinks in the village Wenns is next to the church, it is a nice change or a stop on a hike. There is a children's program in the Sailer program, different every day. Children up to 10 years will definitely get their money's worth. With the Pitztaler Summer Card there are many activities and buses for free, but only until October 17th. 100m from the hotel is an MPreis in case something has been forgotten at home. We would be happy to recommend the hotel to others.

We have been coming here since 1989. Great hotel, great for our children and now also for our grandchildren. Expanded and modernized over the years. Lots of activities for the little ones. Really recommended.
