n	nicole fath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selbst wenn man am Montag um 7:00 als 1. da ist und über unerträgliche schmerzen seit Samstag klagt, bekommt man die pampige Antwort "tja ohne Termin ist mind. 1 Stunde wartezeit"! Ich fragte dann wie ich am Samstag einen Termin ausmachen hätte sollen? Daraufhin hatte sie keine Antwort. Es ist mir unerklärlich wie man am Montag in der Früh 7 Personen vor einem haben kann obwohl man die 1. war. Unfreundliche und desinteressierte Empfangsdame! Hr. Dr. Knauer, rettet diesen Besuch aber mit seiner freundlichen und kompetenten Behandlung. Even if you are first on Monday at 7:00 am and complain of excruciating pain since Saturday, you get the pampy answer "well without an appointment is at least 1 hour waiting time"! I then asked how I should have made an appointment on Saturday? Then she had no answer. It is inexplicable to me how you can have 7 people in front of you on Monday morning even though you were the 1st. Rude and uninterested receptionist! Mr. Dr. Knauer, but saves this visit with his friendly and competent treatment.
K	Katja M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Knauer ist sehr kompetent, nimmt sich immer genug Zeit... mit mehreren Besuchen war ich nie enttäuscht! Die warte Zeit ist aber lang. War ich nie pünktlich dran,Trotz Termin... sogar immer mit 1 Stunde Wartezeit, aber lohnt sich! Dr. Knauer is very competent, always takes enough time ... I was never disappointed with several visits! The waiting time is long. I was never on time, despite the appointment ... even with 1 hour waiting time, but worth it!
M	Marianne Holler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am Anfang wirklich top!!!!!! Mit der Zeit Empfangspersonal bzw Sprechstundenhilfe immer unfreundlicher und neue auch absolut nicht kompetent!!!!! Wollte einige Male mit Hr. Dr. Knauer persönlich am Telefon sprechen und bin jedes Mal vertröstet worden. Ich werde auf die Liste gesetzt, die von Hr. Doktor zurückgerufen werden. Auf den Anruf warte ich heute noch. Habe jahrelang die gleichen Medikamente (nicht wenig),in den letzten Monaten hat es beim ersten Mal anrufen wirklich NIE funktioniert, daß ich meine Rezepte so bekomme, wie ich es durchgegeben habe..... Vor allem seit Markus in der Ordination arbeitet, ist es immer schlechter geworden: unfreundlich und die Patienten auch nicht ernst nehmen!!!!!! Ich weiß von Anderen, daß ich nicht die Einzige bin, die diese Meinung hat!!!! Ich sag aber leider: denn am Anfang hab ich mich sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Bin ja in letzter Zeit nicht einmal mehr zum Hr. Doktor hinein gekommen..... In the beginning really great !!!!!! Over time, the reception staff or office hours help become more and more unfriendly and new ones also absolutely not competent !!!!! Wanted a few times with Mr. Dr. Knauer spoke personally on the phone and was put off every time. I will be put on the list provided by Mr. Doctor to be called back. I'm still waiting for the call today. I have had the same medication for years (not a few), in the last few months it really NEVER worked the first time that I got my prescriptions as I gave them ..... Especially since Markus has been working in the ordination, things have gotten worse and worse: unfriendly and don't take the patients seriously either !!!!!! I know from others that I'm not the only one who has this opinion !!!! Unfortunately I say: because at the beginning I felt very, very comfortable. I haven't even been to Mr. Doctor came in .....
T	Thomas k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auch mit Termin sehr lange Wartezeiten! Ich habe das Gefühl dass diese Praxis komplett auf Covid Impfungen aus ist? Dr Knauer wirkte auf mich eher genervt, und hat sich auch nicht wirklich Zeit genommen, um mich zu untersuchen! Very long waiting times even with an appointment! I have the feeling that this practice is completely out for Covid vaccinations? Dr Knauer seemed rather annoyed to me, and didn't really take the time to examine me!

Nimmt sich für seine Patienten Zeit und beantwortet auch jede noch so triviale Nachfrage! Vielen Dank!!!! Ich habe noch nie das Gefühl gahabt, dass man mich einfach schnell los werden will (das sonst fast übliche Szenario bei Kassenärzten). Alle Fragen werden beantwortet und man wird bei Notwendigkeit auch Abends noch angerufen! Ein großer Pluspunkt ist, dass Dr. Knauer sehr emphatisch ist. Excellent ordination team, the doctor really takes time for the patients. I've never had the feeling that you just want to get rid of me quickly (the otherwise almost common scenario with statutory health insurance doctors). All questions are answered and you will be called in the evening if necessary! A big plus is that Dr. Knauer is very emphatic.

Freundlich, zuverlässig, verständnisvoll; alles was man bei einem Top-Hausarzt braucht. Der Empfang war auch erstklassig. Today I went to see Doctor Helmut Knauer with my husband and I have to say that he is the best family doctor I have met in Graz. Friendly, reliable, understanding; everything you need from a top family doctor. The reception was top notch too.

Der Arzt hingegen ist super. You almost never answer the phone, then get angry, why you came without an appointment, how am I supposed to get an appointment if you don't answer the phone. The doctor, on the other hand, is great.
