V	VERA Pavlov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teamleitung apsolut inkompetent. Meine Tochter hat vom Frauenarzt einen Gutschein über 15 Prozent bekommen. In keiner Filiale wird so ein Zirkus veranstaltet, wie in der Filiale in Berndorf. Der Gutschein wird einmal anerkannt, dann wieder nicht, auf dem Gutschein steht für den gesamten Einkauf, die Teamleitung ist allerdings anderer Meinung. Man wird belehrt wie der Herr Farkasch und die neue Bezirksleitung dazu stehen. Das interessiert keinen Kunden. Es war schon schlimm mit der vorherigen Teamleitung, diese übertrifft allerdings Alles. Wenn Kik seine eigenen Gutscheine nicht anerkennen möchte, dann dürfen diese eben nicht hergeben werden. Sehr enttäuschend Team leader apsolut incompetent. My daughter got a voucher of 15 percent from the gynecologist. No branch has such a circus as the branch in Berndorf. The voucher is once recognized, then again not, on the voucher stands for the entire purchase, the team leader, however, disagree. One is instructed how the Mr. Farkasch and the new district management stand to it. This does not interest a customer. It was bad with the previous team leader, but this surpasses everything. If Kik does not want to recognize his own vouchers, they may not be given. Very disappointing

M	Manfred Janisch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr übersichtlich gestaltet und sehr sauber. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend mit einem Wort Spitze fahre immer gerne dort hin. Da die Filiale in Bad Vöslau sehr unübersichtlich und nicht eingeräumt ist. Und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und keine Auskunft geben. Very clearly arranged and very clean. Staff are very friendly and courteous in a word, always like to go there. Because the branch in Bad Vöslau is very confusing and not cleared. And the staff are very unfriendly and do not provide any information.

S	Sonja Marx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war insgesamt 6x in dieser Filiale. Gut erreichbar mit Bus, Bahn und Auto. Im Laden geht es ruhig zu, man kann sich Zeit nehmen und alles in Ruhe ansehen. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind in der Regel freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings gibt es in diesem Punkt Abstriche, denn es trifft nicht auf alle zu. Ansonsten hätte ich 4 Sterne gegeben. I have been to this branch a total of 6 times. Easily accessible by bus, train and car. It's quiet in the shop, you can take your time and look at everything in peace. The employees are usually friendly and helpful, but there are drawbacks on this point, because it does not apply to all. Otherwise I would have given it 4 stars.
