Das hätte ich wohl beim Kauf erfragen müssen. Schade, vielleicht hätte ich für eine bessere Behandlung eine größere Summe dort lassen müssen.
Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience there. I wanted to return an item 2 hours later and it was neither possible to exchange goods nor to credit it. I should have asked about that when I bought it. It's a shame, maybe I should have left a larger sum there for better treatment.
