★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also ich finde die Dekoration und Präsentation der Kleidung sehr ansprechend betritt die Auslage sowie im Geschäft.Preisauszeichnung an der Bekleidung ist ebenfalls Top und die Beratung ist sehr kompetent.Ich komme immer wieder gerne.
So I find the decoration and presentation of the clothes very appealing when entering the window and in the shop. The price tag on the clothes is also top and the advice is very competent. I always like to come back.

Völlig undurschaubarer "Angebotsdschungel" - nicht mal die Verkäuferinnen geben einheitliche Auskünfte... und wenn man dann einem Irrtum unterliegt, kann man bereits 5 Sekunden nach dem Kauf nur mehr gegen eine Gutschrift umtauschen. Das liest man dann zum ersten Mal auf der Rechnung, aber da ist es naturgemäß schon zu spät. Sehr lustig.
Ja, und die Gutschrift: da steht ein "Kundenkode" samt Name von einer wildfremden Person drauf (wahrscheinlich wurde der Gutschein dann schon von dieser Person eingelöst wenn ich wieder komme ;-)) und er ist auf ein halbes Jahr befristet!! Auch das wurde mir nicht gesagt und ist außerdem in Österreich RECHTSWIDRIG (gem OGH-Urteil).
Also insgesamt Inkompetenz und Kundenfeindlichkeit hoch drei.
Beschwerde beim Center-Management läuft bereits - und ich hatte nicht das Gefühl dass meine Beschwerde über diesen Shop die erste ist...
Never again!!!
Completely unnoticeable "supply jungle" - not even the salespeople give uniform information ... and if one is then subject to a mistake, you can exchange already 5 seconds after the purchase only for a credit. That's what you read on the bill for the first time, but of course it's already too late. Very funny.
Yes, and the credit: there is a "customer code" including the name of a complete stranger on it (probably the voucher was then redeemed by this person when I come back ;-)) and he is limited to half a year !! Also that was not told to me and is also in Austria lawful (according to OGH judgment).
So total incompetence and customer hostility high three.
Complaint in Center Management is already running - and I did not feel that my complaint about this shop is the first ...
