Haben online bestellt. Nach einer Stunde hatten wir noch immer kein Essen zu Hause. Auf telefonische Nachfrage, meinten sie, es wäre keine Bestellung eingegangen, trotz Bestätigungsmail. Nach telefonischer Bestellung zum Abholen, wurde dann eine falsche Bestellung übergeben.
Personal kam uns nicht entgegen, obwohl alles schief lief.
Werden nicht nochmal bestellen.
 Catastrophic!
Have ordered online. After an hour we still had no food at home. When asked by phone, they said that no order had been received, despite the confirmation email. After ordering by telephone for collection, an incorrect order was then submitted.
Staff did not meet us, although everything went wrong.
Will not order again.

Nie wieder bestelle ich bei denen! Nach 1:30 Stunden gar kein Essen bekommen telefonisch auch nicht erreichbar!!! Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben online bestellt und als ich angerufen habe um zu fragen wo die Bestellung ist wurde gesagt dass sie nichts bekommen haben obwohl ich die Bestätigung bekommen habe. Es ist schwierig wenn man Bestellungen nicht richtig versteht denn dann kam die falsche bestellte Pizza an. Als Entschädigung durften wir die falsche Pizza behalten. Die Teigröllchen haben leider nicht besonders geschmeckt und die Soße kam aus der verpackung das sollte man extra verpacken. Ihr seid sicher ein nettes Team aber das wird nicht lang gut gehen.
We ordered online and when I called to ask where the order was, they said they hadn't received anything even though I got the confirmation. It is difficult if you do not understand orders correctly because then the wrong pizza you ordered arrived. As compensation, we were allowed to keep the wrong pizza. Unfortunately, the dough rolls didn't taste very good and the sauce came out of the packaging that should be packed separately. You are sure to be a nice team, but it will not go well for long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online Bestellungen sind nicht zu empfehlen. Warum auch immer es funktioniert nicht. Angeblich bekommen Sie die Bestellungen nicht (obwohl er mir am Telefon sagte er schickt es nochmal)
Es wurde nicht wirklich auf mich eingegangen, mit 3 Gratis Getränken und nochmal 20 min Wartezeit nach 1:45 Stunde hat man versucht mich zu vertrösten.
Die Pizza kam dann nach mehr als 2 Stunden an. Das essen ist sehr gut. Eines favon war jedoch kalt. Wir bekamen 3 Gratis Getränke.
Naja, online Bestellungen solltet ihr besser gerüstet sein, oder nur telefonische Anfrageb n annehmen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Döner ist wie Stockwerk aufgebaut. Unten:Fleisch oben:vegetarisch. Soße ist kalt und schmeckt komisch. Zu viel Salat und Soße . Meine Freunde haben es nur gegessen weil sie Geld bezahlt haben!!!
Doner is built like a floor. Below: meat above: vegetarian. Sauce is cold and tastes funny. Too much lettuce and gravy. My friends only ate it because they paid money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mit meiner Freundin einen Hühner Dürüm und eine HÜHNER Teller Online bestellt.
Die Bestellung kam zwar nach nicht langer Wartezeit an nur war es leider kein Hühnerfleisch sondern Lamm.
Daraufhin habe ich natürlich beim Grillhaus angerufen um das zu klären da das Lamm einfach nicht gut war.
Wir haben dann nach einer Stunde Wartezeit einen Hühner Teller geliefert bekommen aber nicht nur das sie am Telefon schon unfreundlich waren, fragte uns dann auch noch der Lieferant wo der falsche Teller ist, daraufhin habe ich geantwortet, dass ich den weggeschmissen habe da es uns einfach nicht schmeckte (sonst hätten wir ja Lamm bestellt), der Lieferant meinte nur " Aja, gegessen meinst du".
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn, erstes Mal bestellt und gleich extrem enttäuscht.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hát sajnos második rendelés sem hozta meg a kedvem a következő rendeléshez. Egy órát kell várni hogy 9 Km re ki hozzák a rendelést. Amiért ráadásul 3,50 eurót fel is számítanak a kiszállításért. A képeken látható ételekért 25 eurót számoltak fel, amit sikerült hidegen kínozni. Senkinek nem ajánlom! Ár érték arányban nagyon nem érte meg. Remélem a tulajdonosok is olvassák ezt.
