Wir waren in Kärnten im Urlaub und irgendwann hat sich mein Radlager gemeldet und wollte unbedingt gewechselt werden, bevor wir wir wieder Richtung Berlin fahren. Auf Grund positiver Rezensionen haben wir uns für diese Werkstatt entschieden. Die Werkstatt wirkt schon am Empfang sehr professionell, dieser Eindruck spiegelt sich auch beim Personal und deren Diagnose wider. Ich hatte nicht das Gefühl einen Touri-Bonus bezahlen zu müssen, im Gegenteil, ich habe noch nie so unbürokratisch einen Leihwagen bekommen. Wir sind froh, in diese Werkstatt gefahren zu sein und sind gut und sicher wieder zuhause angekommen. Danke, ganz toll !!! Now is finally time to make up for an assessment. We were on vacation in Carinthia and at some point my wheel bearing reported and absolutely wanted to be changed before we headed back to Berlin. We decided on this workshop based on positive reviews. The workshop already looks very professional at the reception, this impression is also reflected in the staff and their diagnosis. I didn't feel like I had to pay a tourist bonus, on the contrary, I've never been able to get a rental car in such an unbureaucratic way. We are glad that we drove to this workshop and made it back home safe and sound. Thank you, great !!!
