Die Werkstatt Moser hat freundlicherweise prompt den Schaden repariert, teuer war es auch nicht. Super Service und super freundlich! On the trip to Croatia we had a breakdown on the A 10. The Moser workshop kindly promptly repaired the damage, and it wasn't expensive either. Great service and super friendly!

R	Rosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind am Sonntag 6.6.2021 losgefahren ,um nach Kroatien ?? auf die schöne Insel RAB zu kommen.In der Nacht auf den 7.6.2021 brach unsere Audi Keilriemenscheibe auf der Autobahn ,6 km vor Spittal,ab. Komplettversagung Technik und Elektronik fielen komplett aus..Audi Tod…Tja,was nun ???Verzweiflung machte sich breit. Am Auto hing noch ein Boot.. Wir googelten und stießen auf Autowerkstatt M.Moser in Spittal. Zwischen ihm und uns lagen zum Glück nur 700 m.. Morgens 8.00 Uhr Telefonat mit Herrn Moser..Werkstatt war eigentlich übervoll, aber Herr Moser meinte sofort ,da finden wir eine Lösung.ADAC schleppte unser Auto in die Werkstatt und Boot wurde zwischenzeitlich in Spittal auf dem ADAC Parkplatz.geparkt. Eine Ersatzteilbeschaffung war kurzzeitig ,laut Herr Moser ,eigentlich fast unmöglich, aber er setzte alle Hebel in Bewegung und fand binnen 2 Stunden ein Ersatzteil.Die Reparaturzeit war auf 5 Stunden veranschlagt, aber dank Herrn Mosers flinken Händen und Ideenreichen Einfällen ,eine Glanzleistung hingelegt.Er schaffte es in 3 Stunden. Somit konnten wir, dank Herrn Moser, unsere Weiterfahrt mit Auto und Boot 15.00 Uhr fortsetzen.Zu erwähnen sei es noch,ein Leihwagen war ebenso völlig unkompliziert kurzfristig von ihm zu bekommen ;-)) Auf diesem Wege möchten wir(sorry leider sehr spät)nochmals ganz,ganz herzlich bei dir und deinem tollen Team Herr Moser bedanken..Unser Audi schnurrt jetzt besser denn je;-))Viele Grüße Michael und Doreen We set off on Sunday June 6th, 2021 to come to Croatia ?? to the beautiful island of RAB. In the night of June 7th, 2021 our Audi V-belt pulley broke off on the highway, 6 km before Spittal. Complete failure Technology and electronics failed completely ... Audi's death ... Well, what now ??? Despair spread. There was still a boat hanging on the car. We googled and came across the M.Moser auto repair shop in Spittal. Fortunately, there was only 700 m between him and us. In the morning 8.00 a.m. phone call with Mr. Moser .. The workshop was actually overcrowded, but Mr. Moser said immediately that we would find a solution. ADAC dragged our car into the workshop and the boat was parked in Spittal on the ADAC parking lot. Obtaining spare parts was actually almost impossible for a short time, according to Mr. Moser, but he pulled out all the stops and found a spare part within 2 hours. The repair time was estimated at 5 hours, but thanks to Mr. Moser's nimble hands and imaginative ideas, he achieved a brilliant achievement. He did it in 3 hours. Thanks to Mr Moser, we were able to continue our journey by car and boat at 3 p.m. It should also be mentioned that a rental car was just as easy from him at short notice to get ;-)) We would like to take this opportunity (sorry, unfortunately, very late) to thank you and your great team, Mr. Moser, once again.
