F	Familie Narath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sind halt keine BMW-Spezialisten. Kalkulieren will gelernt sein. Beide Reparaturen im Endeffekt >40% teurer als vorangeschlagt. Sehr freundlich und nett, allerdings kaschiert das den vorab genannten Punkt keineswegs. Grundsätzlich hat jeder eine zweite Chance verdient. Are not BMW specialists. Calculation needs to be learned. Ultimately, both repairs are> 40% more expensive than suggested. Very friendly and nice, but this does not hide the point mentioned above. Basically everyone deserves a second chance.
M	Martin Hechtl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Termin um 8 Uhr ausgemacht für Scheibenfolierung inkl Leihwagen. Am Vortag um 21 Uhr ne mail, Kein Leihwagen um 8 Uhr verfügbar obwohl ich den Termin früh genug ausgemacht habe und extra daran erinnert habe.. Wird mindestens bis 12 Uhr dauern bis er den Wagen wieder hat. Keine Entschuldigung nichts.. So geht's nicht! 10.6.2020 Mail erhalten: Chef weist jegliche Schuld natürlich von sich, er könne nichts dafür wenn er den Leihwagen nicht zurück bekommt, und da keine Dienstleistung stattgefunden hat solle ich meine Bewertung löschen.... Ich als Kunde verlasse mich darauf das alles wie vereinbart klappt! Ich gehe auch einen Job nach und kann nicht auf lustig mir jederzeit frei nehmen. Wo kommen wir da hin? Sie bekommen Geld von uns und nicht umgekehrt oder? Läuft wahrscheinlich bestens ihre Werkstatt und sind auf Neukunden nicht wirklich angewiesen wie es scheint! Schon ein Wahnsinn wie abgehoben so manch Firma ist.. Als zahlender Kunde muss man heutzutage bitte und danke sagen, und wenns Probleme gibt sollte man am besten den Mund halten... Appointment made at 8 a.m. for film wrapping incl. The day before at 9 p.m. ne mail, no rental car available at 8 a.m. although I made the appointment early enough and specifically reminded it .. It will take at least until 12 p.m. until he has the car back. No excuse nothing .. It doesn't work like this! 10.6.2020 E-mail received: The boss, of course, rejects any guilt, he can't do anything if he doesn't get the rental car back, and since no service has taken place, I should delete my rating .... As a customer, I rely on everything to work as agreed! I also go to a job and can't take time off for fun. Where do we get there? You get money from us and not the other way around? Your workshop is probably running well and are not really dependent on new customers as it seems! Already a madness how withdrawn so many a company is .. As a paying customer you have to say thank you these days and if there are problems it is best to shut up ...
