Auf alle meine Fragen wurde sehr ausführlich eingegangen, dennoch hatte ich nie das Gefühl, das man mir etwas "aufschwatzen" möchte. Ich bin rundum zufrieden und glücklich mit meinem Autokauf. Beim nächsten Mal sehr gerne wieder! From the first contact, to the inspection and finally to the purchase, I was very courteous and competent care. All my questions have been dealt with in great detail, but I never had the feeling that you want to "cheat" me something. I'm completely satisfied and happy with my car purchase. I would like to come back next time!

Bei mehrfachen Rückrufen wird das Telefon nicht mehr abgenommen. Unglaubliches Verhalten eines augenscheinlich schwarzen Schafes unter den Autohändlern - Achtung unseriös!!! An already agreed viewing appointment for a reserved car is sold to a customer who suddenly appears during the journey for viewing and the prospect who is already on the way is dealt with briefly by telephone. If you call back several times, the phone is no longer picked up. Incredible behavior of an apparently black sheep among the car dealers - attention dubious!

Herr Glatz sagt zu, dass er ein Auto für den Interessenten verbindlich reserviert (Einigung über Kaufpreis hatte bereits telefonisch stattgefunden) und verkauft es vor dem vereinbarten Besichtigungstermin an jemand anderen. Absolut unseriöse Vorgangsweise!!! Herr Glatz, besten Dank für die schriftliche Bestätigung meiner Erfahrung : " Ein Kunde hat das Fahrzeug besichtigt und gleich gekauft." Egal ob ein Kunde vorher sein Interesse anmeldet und von auswärts anreist, Sie finden es nicht einmal der Mühe Wert , vorher nachzufragen und mich zu informieren. Egal - Hauptsache verkauft!!! Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht wahrlich anders aus. Be careful when buying a car! Mr. Glatz agrees that he will make a binding reservation of a car for the interested party (agreement on the purchase price had already been made by telephone) and sells it to someone else before the agreed viewing appointment. Absolutely dubious approach! Mr. Glatz, thank you very much for confirming my experience in writing: "A customer viewed the vehicle and bought it straight away." Regardless of whether a customer shows his interest in advance and travels from abroad, you don't even find it worth the effort to ask beforehand and to inform me. It doesn't matter - the main thing is that it's sold Customer friendliness really looks different.
