M	M F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meiner Erfahrung nach würde ich diese Werkstatt nie mehr besuchen, ohne jetzt übertreiben zu wollen.. wir haben unser Auto gegen Mittag hingestellt und um einen Check zu bitten, daraufhin haben wir die Schlüssel dort gelassen und uns wurde gesagt das wir benachrichtigt werden sobald sie wissen was mit dem Auto ist. Stattdessen wurden wir am späten Nachmittag angerufen um unser Auto zu holen. uns wurde gesagt das der Chef mit uns reden wolle und das sie unser Auto schon fertig gemacht haben... (davon war aber NIE die rede). Wir sind hin gefahren und haben gefragt wieso unser Auto gemacht worden ist obwohl wir nur um ein Check gebeten haben?? Daraufhin wurden wir dort vom Chef angeschnauzt, dass wir froh sein sollen das ers überhaupt gemacht hat usw. Wir haben dann nicht mehr viel gesagt nur gefragt was das jetzt kostet und er und die Sekretärin meinten ja sind eh nur ...€ das werdet ihr euch jawohl leisten können. Während man mit dem Chef gesprochen hat kehrt er einem den Rücken und geht einfach.. Danke für den überaus tollen Service ?? Unhöflich bis zum geht nicht mehr. In my experience, I would never visit this workshop again without wanting to overdo it .. we parked our car around noon and asked for a check, we left the keys there and we were told that we would be notified as soon as they knew what about the car. Instead, we were called in the late afternoon to get our car. We were told that the boss wanted to talk to us and that they had already finished our car ... (but NEVER talked about that). We went there and asked why our car was made even though we only asked for a check ?? Thereupon we were snapped at by the boss that we should be glad that he did it at all etc. We didn't say much anymore, just asked what it would cost and he and the secretary said yes, anyway ... you will yes you can afford. While talking to the boss he turns his back on you and just leaves .. Thanks for the great service ?? Rude to no more.

In ein paar Stunden war alles wieder repariert. Vielen lieben dank An exceptionally great service, highly recommended! V-belt torn, alternator broken and far from home. In a few hours everything was fixed again. Thank you so much

Nach ganz schlechten Erfahrungen mit einem Mechaniker in Wien habe ich zum Glück durch einen Freund diese Werkstatt entdeckt und nehme seither gern die weite Fahrt in Kauf. Es zahlt sich allemal aus und ich wurde immer gut bedient. Very good price-performance ratio. Nothing is persuaded that is not absolutely necessary. After very bad experiences with a mechanic in Vienna, I luckily discovered this workshop through a friend and have gladly accepted the long journey since then. It always pays off and I was always served well.

He was able to change out the spare for us and patch our car together enough for us to get to a nearby tire shop to buy a replacement. All of this while speaking English with us.
