★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der beworbene 24/7 Support ist leider nicht vorhanden. Reaktionen auf Mails dauern bis zu 2 Stunden und ans Telefon geht auch niemand.
Dann sollte man eben Öffnungszeiten angeben, wenn man sich nicht dran halten kann.
The advertised 24/7 support is unfortunately not available. Responses to emails take up to 2 hours and no one answers the phone.
Then you should just give opening times if you can not stick to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ebend bezahlt und für nen Key darf man ja wohl erwarten das er automatisch per email zu geschickt wird... also kompletter müll die Seite. Mit 5 Minuten Lieferrung werben aber es komplett verkacken... Sollte an Geizhals gemeldet werden. Lieber woanders kaufen und falls was sein sollte mit einem Live Support schreiben können.
I paid for it and for a key you can expect it to be automatically sent to you via email ... so complete garbage. Advertise with 5 minutes delivery but it will completely mess up ... Should be reported to miser. Better to buy somewhere else and write what with live support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Versand dauert bis zu einen Tag, nicht 5 Minuten! Auf eine Antwort vom Support wartet man eine ganze Weile (2 Stunden) und hat mich trotzdem nicht weiter gebracht. Laut Support bekomme ich den Key "in wenigen Minuten" zugeschickt, hab den Key dann am nächsten Tag bekommen.
Preise sind absolut okay! Der Rest eher mies.
Shipping takes up to a day, not 5 minutes! One waits for a response from the support for a while (2 hours) and has not brought me anyway. According to support I get the key "in a few minutes" sent, got the key then the next day.
Prices are absolutely okay! The rest rather bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann die Rezensionen hier 1:1 bestätigen. Vor einer Woche bestellt und direkt per Paypal bezahlt. Erhalten habe ich bis heute nichts, auch keine Antwort auf meine Rückfrage. Immerhin wurde die Paypal-Zahlung noch nicht ausgeführt, sondern nur vorgemerkt.
Wie hier schon geschrieben wurde: Mit "instant" hat das rein gar nichts zu tun!
I can confirm the reviews here 1: 1. Ordered a week ago and paid directly via PayPal. To this day I have not received anything, not even an answer to my question. After all, the PayPal payment has not yet been carried out, just reserved.
As has already been written here: it has absolutely nothing to do with "instant"!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kann nur davon abraten bei diesem Händler zu kaufen. Ihr bekommt nicht was bezahlt ihr bezahlt habt!
Der Händler wirbt mit einer Lieferzeit von 5 Minuten.
Bestellung aufgegeben, Bestellbestätigung (sogar doppelt) und die Paypal-Zahlungsbestätigung erhalten, vom Key oder der Rechnung! aber keine Spur.
Warte mittlerweile schon 18h und habe noch immer nichts bekommen
Wer also sich am Wochenende einen digitalen Key kauft und darauf hofft das Spiel oder die Software auch zu nutzen ist hier falsch.

Order placed, order confirmation (even twice) and the PayPal payment confirmation received, from the key or the invoice! but no trace.
Wait 6pm now and still haven't received anything
So if you buy a digital key at the weekend and hope to use the game or software, you are wrong here.
