Im Zuge dessen habe ich mich dafür interessiert, wie die Abrechnung genau funktioniert und man hat mir in mehreren Mails sehr genau erklärt wie der Ablauf ist und alle meine Fragen sehr ausführlich beantwortet. Gibt einem ein gutes Gefühl!
In our apartment block in Vienna, the heating cost billing has been changed to kelmin. In the course of this, I was interested in how the billing works exactly and was explained to me in several emails how the process is and all my questions were answered in great detail. Makes you feel good!
