★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the best veterinary we have had, and we have been in many. The facilities are very good, and the attention is perfect. They take a lot of care to avoid stressing the cats, are very empathic, and explain very well the treatment. In our particular case, our cat has a chronic disease that requires continuous treatment. Even after we left Vienna due to personal reasons, they helped us to find a veterinary and informed them about the health status of our cat.

They are really great! They do have a Praxiskatze, s/he is very well behaved. They give you blankets with a calming pheremone when you come in to drape over your carrier, which is perfect for my two scardey-cats. The front desk staff are absolutely lovely.
The vet I saw was also extremely lovely and gentle with my cats, and even explained to me why my boy has a lot of eye discharge, which I had never heard from the adoption agency or my old vet!
They gave me a "Pass" (Passport) from their practice so they could keep record of the care my cats had recieved. The vet even went ahead and trimmed up my cats' nails for me, which was very nice of her! She also offered to trim up their butt-fur (longhairs) since they often get, ahem, "excrement" stuck in there.
I did also go back a second time to get some Beruhigungsmittel (sedatives) for a car trip my cats needed to take. They were helpful and thoroughly explained the process and dosages to me.
Overall, I am extremely pleased with their care of my two felines! I will absolutely be going back.
