Very nice, competent staff. Was better advised here than many a doctor. It takes time for the individual customers and you have a large selection of products

War heute in mit einer bekannten in Bezau dort musste sie mit einem Rezept ein Medikament hole. Bekam dann das falsche Medikament was wir erst in Alberschwende bemerkten. Nach einem Telefonat mit der Apotheke fuhren wir die 20 minuten zurück. Das Medikament wurde ausgetauscht nicht mal richtig entschuldigt wenigstens ein traubenzucker oder irgend eine kleine gehste wäre nett gewessen... kostet mich ja kaum was wenn ich 40 min in der gegend mehr rum fahre. Schade ?
I am very disappointed with this pharmacy.
Was in today with a friend in Bezau, where she had to get a medicine with a prescription. Then I got the wrong medication which we only noticed in Alberschwende. After a phone call to the pharmacy, we drove back the 20 minutes. The medication was exchanged, not even excused, at least a glucose or some small crust would have been nice ... it hardly costs me anything if I drive around 40 minutes more in the area. Too bad ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to take a Coronavirus test before I left the country due to US entry regulations and the staff was so nice and professional, even with my awful German skills! We had a bit of fun figuring out how to enter my US phone number and making sure we got the right email address (E sounds like A, I sounds like E) but everything ended up working out well. The place looked brand new and modern, and was super clean. As soon as they started helping me they had a crush of other customers but they still treated me like I was a Vorarlberger and that was appreciated.
