The store offers a selection of contemporary but extraordinary interior design objects ranging from sofas via lighting to gadgets. The downside is that you do often not get proper consulting (which is usually needed when buying furniture) unless you have made an appointment beforehand. However the staff will help you provided you ask for assistance and they have time.
A	Anne Murray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous furniture and mostly nice staff, but the condescending bored look the older lady in the furniture department was so unfriendly and old stereotypical Viennese that i won't be returning to them. Her condescending tone and lack of interest when i enquired about a certain piece was so rude, no semblance of customer service at all. And it was all done in fluent German.
V	Veronika Koeva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding customer service! I purchased a beautiful desk and when it arrived it was okay, but two days later I noticed a big crack in the desk top. There was no apparent reason for thе crack, so I was actually very surprised. Then another crack appeared just a few days later ((it must have been defective. I contacted the store, wrote them a nice email explaining what had happened and they were absolutely amazing! They offered to replace the desk with a brand new one! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
