Reine verarsche und unseriöser Verkäufer der mich dazu gedrängt auch noch die schlechtere Folie zu kaufen da er sie vermutlich loswerden wollte. 1x und nie wieder I was turned on a cheap protective film for 30 euros. When I got home I saw the same on the Internet for 3 euros from China, but at least the same. Pure rubbish and dubious seller who urged me to buy the worse film because he probably wanted to get rid of it. 1x and never again

A	Alex Costi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Display schaden bei meinem Apple iPhone XS, bin zu Kardcom um mir einen Kostenvoranschlag zu holen, diesen erhielt ich nach 10 Minuten, nach der Freigabe von der Versicherung rief ich an um mir ein Display für mein iPhone zu reservieren ( hat geklappt) nach genau 45 Minuten rief mich der nette und sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter an und sagte es ist schon Abholbereit, die Verrechnung mit der Versicherung übernahm das Kardcom Team für mich, einfach super tolles Kundenservice! Mit der Reparatur bin ich SEHR zufrieden! Alles funktioniert ! Vielen Dank an das Kardcom Team, 5 STERNE von mir ! Had a display damage on my Apple iPhone XS, went to Kardcom to get a quote, I received it after 10 minutes, after the approval from the insurance company I called to reserve a display for my iPhone (worked) the nice and very competent employee called me exactly 45 minutes and said it was ready to be picked up, the Kardcom team took care of the settlement with the insurance, just great customer service! Vor Ort wurde mir alles klar und deutlich erklärt, so entschied ich mich mein Apple iPhone 7 reparieren zu lassen. Der Verkäufer war sehr nett und kompetent. 5 Sterne für dieses Service ! Kann es jedem weiterempfehlen ! Weiter so ! Hello people, Today was at Kardcom in the Shopping City South because my Apple iPhone 7 has a broken screen. On the spot everything was clearly explained to me, so I decided to have my Apple iPhone 7 repaired. The seller was very nice and competent. 5 stars for this service! Can anyone recommend it! S	Salih Aslanoglu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gefühlt Null Ahnung vom Handyreparatur. Nach einem Sturz hat sich mein Xiaomi Mi8 (1 Jahr alt) immer wieder ein und ausgeschaltet. Nach Empfehlung von Xiaomi Store in SCS ging ich zu diesem Shop. Der Herr sagte, ein Techniker würde sich das Handy anschauen und dann mit mir Kontakt aufnehmen. Nach 24 Stunden (!!!) leider keine Rückmeldung erhalten. Ich fuhr wieder hin und bekam die Meldung dass das Handy nicht zum Reparieren sei und ich am Besten ein neues Handy kaufen soll. Angeblich haben Sie das Handy nur am PC angesteckt und sonst nichts gemacht (also das Handy nicht geöffnet was bei so einem Fall die logische Herangehweise wäre). Daraufhin brachte ich das Handy zum Handy Yalcin im 10. Bezirk. Voila!!! Das Handy wurde nicht einmal in 10 Minuten repariert. Sie haben einfach das Handy geöffnet und alle Stecker aus und eingesteckt... das war es. Der Herr wollte nicht einmal Geld dafür haben. So was nennt man Service! Also Kardcom bitte ein Beispiel nehmen und Techniker einstellen die bisschen Ahnung vom Handyreparatur haben. Feels like no idea about cell phone repairs. After a fall, my Xiaomi Mi8 (1 year old) kept turning on and off. After recommendation from Xiaomi Store in SCS I went to this shop. The gentleman said a technician would look at the cell phone and then contact me. Unfortunately, no response was received after 24 hours (!!!). I drove back and got the message that the cell phone could not be repaired and that I should buy a new cell phone. Allegedly you only plugged the cell phone into the PC and did nothing else (i.e. not opening the cell phone, which would be the logical approach in such a case). I then took the cell phone to Yalcin Cellphone in the 10th district. Voila !!! The cell phone wasn't even fixed in 10 minutes. You just opened the phone and unplugged and plugged in ... that was it. The Lord didn't even want money for it. That's what you call service! So Kardcom please take an example and hire technicians who know a little about cell phone repairs.
