J	Josef Putzhamer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mieseter Kundenservice im schadensfall auch wenn das Gerät fast neu ist, der Kunde ist schuld an der nicht Funktion, man müsste schon Kärchertechniker sein um das von mir gehabte problem zu lösen.war am Nachmittag nochmal bei Kärcher Salzburg wo mich die selbe frustrierte unkompetente Dame empfing und sogleich auch wieder völlig frustriert auf mich los ging ,ich meinte zu ihr wir haben heute wol beide einen nicht so guten Tag aber es braucht eine Lösung. Eine solche Behandlungen als Kunde habe ich noch in keinem anderen geschäft erlebt, man sollte solche Mitarbeiter vielleicht im Lager beschäftigen aber nicht im Kundenbereich. Es kam dann zu guter letzt ein sehr bemühter Mitarbeiter der mein problem promt löste, nicht desto trotz werde ich diesen Laden in Zukunft meiden. Finally there was a very hard working employee who solved my problem promptly, nevertheless I will avoid this shop in the future.

Aber die personal ist das letzte so unfreundlich und so launisch. Ich glaube das war der Geschäftsführer Soll lange er dort arbeitet werde ich nicht mehr hin gehen I have been a very satisfied customer to this day. I have 12 different devices from kärcher. Das Ersatzteil wurde, ohne dies extra zu beauftragen, und auf Nachfrage von Kärcher (dritter Lockdown) natürlich gratis an meine Private Adresse geliefert. Guter Service, Top! I can not confirm. Vacuum cleaner bought, floor nozzle defective. came by, I was served very politely, friendly and quickly. The spare part was, of course, delivered free of charge to my private address without commissioning it, and upon request from Kärcher (third lockdown). Good service, great!

Freundlicher Verkäufer aber ein Geschäftsführer(?) der im Beratungsgespräch ständig dazwischenfunkt und falsche Angaben zum Zubehör macht. Aktuelle Rabattaktion wurde außerdem nur für einen Teil der Rechnung berücksichtigt obwohl die Aktion für alle gekauften Teile gegolten hätte.
