Aber dafür hat sich die nette Mitarbeiterin im Lager nach gebrauchten Teilen umgesehen und mir so echt geholfen. Danke I needed accessories, they had to be ordered and unfortunately arrived much later than discussed. But the nice employee looked around the warehouse for used parts and really helped me. R	Rainer Pal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestern ein Ersatzteil für 40€ gekauft, vor dem Einbau habe ich bemerkt dass auch noch ein anderes Teil gebrochen ist. Da dieses Teil auch ca. 40€ kosten würde, also dann insgesamt 80€, wollte ich das gestern gekaufte und unbenutzte Teil zurückgeben und gleich einen neuen Hochdruckreiniger von dort kaufen. Jedoch wurde mir gesagt dass sie das Teil nicht zurücknehmen, also habe ich jetzt ein neues Ersatzteil um 40€ rumliegen und werde einen Hochdruckreiniger der Konkurrenz kaufen, gibt ja Gottseidank mittlerweile schon genug davon. Yesterday I bought a spare part for 40 €, before installing it I noticed that another part was broken as well. Since this part would also cost around 40 €, so then a total of 80 €, I wanted to return the unused part I bought yesterday and buy a new high-pressure cleaner from there. However, I was told that they will not take the part back, so I now have a new spare part lying around for 40 € and will buy a high-pressure cleaner from the competition, thank God there are enough of them now.
M	Manuel Bilic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ habe vor knapp 9 monaten einen kärcher staubsauger gekauft um knapp 100€ der staubsauger war ansich nicht schlecht jedoch sind paar teile abgebrochen plastik halt ! die saugleistung hat auch stark abgenommen später bin ich zum kärcher in haid gegangen und wollte das gerät austauschen. Uns wurde vorgeworfen den kärcher gewerblich zu nutzen was absolut nicht stimt. 4 wochen wartezeit und 29 € leichgebühr täglich für ein ersatzgerät diese probleme hat man bei ZGONZ oda Bauhaus nicht ! Nicht zu empfehlen LG I bought a Kärcher vacuum cleaner almost 9 months ago for around €100. The vacuum cleaner itself wasn't bad, but a few parts broke off, stop plastic! suction power has also decreased significantly later i went to kärcher in haid and wanted to exchange the device. We were accused of using the kärcher commercially, which is absolutely not true. 4 weeks waiting time and €29 daily fee for a replacement device You don't have these problems at ZGONZ or Bauhaus! Not recommended LG
