Und das beste war dann die telefonische Erklärung " das ist so wie wenn Sie zum Friseur gehen, es kommt immer etwas Unerwartetes dazu". Ich bin richtig sauer geworden. Danach hat man mir eine Woche weder abgehoben noch zurück gerufen. Am Ende musste ich mit einer anderen Nummer anrufen, damit ich mit jemandem sprechen konnte. Wir haben uns dann auf die Mitte geeignet, obwohl zuvor ein Fixpreis vereinbart wurde. Not recommendable. We have agreed a fixed price for my annual bill.
