Am 22 10 1999 wurde die Brücke - Stahlkonstruktion, Länge 40 m, Breite 6 m, Höhe 5,8 m, Gewicht 53 Tonnen - von STIEFERN nach ALTENHOF mit der Österr.Bundesbahn verlegt, um die Katastralgemeinde mit dem Kamptalradweg, bzw. Kamptalradweg mit dem Mühlsteinbruch zu verbinden. Die Brücke war ursprünglich zum Verschrotten vorgesehen, konnte aber auf Betreiben des seinerzeitigen Bürgermeisters von SCHÖNBERG, Emmerich RIEDELMEYER, erhalten bleiben. Durch diese neue Funktion konnte ein für das Kamptal typisches Industriedenkmal der Nachwelt erhalten werden. Diese Brücke ist die letzte dieser Bauart im Kamptal. Am 09 09 2000 wurde die Brücke feierlich eröffnet. Aufgrund vom Hochwasser 2002 wurde das Holz auf der Brücke beschädigt und es entstanden Löcher, sodaß im Jahre 2008/2009 die Brücke neu mit Holz belegt werden mußte

On 22 10 1999 the bridge - steel structure, length 40 m, width 6 m, height 5.8 m, weight 53 tons - from STIEFERN to ALTENHOF with the Österr.Bundesbahn laid to the Katastralgemeinde with the Kamptalradweg, or Kamptalradweg with to connect the millstone quarry. The bridge was originally intended for scrapping, but could be maintained at the behest of the then mayor of SCHÖNBERG, Emmerich RIEDELMEYER. Through this new function, a typical for the Kamptal industrial monument of posterity could be obtained. This bridge is the last of this type in Kamptal. On 09 09 2000 the bridge was solemnly opened. Due to the flooding in 2002, the wood on the bridge was damaged and holes were created, so that in 2008/2009 the bridge had to be re-covered with wood
