★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Altenhof wurde im Jahre 1890 bei km 13.504 eine Betriebsweiche (km 13.571) mit 2 Weichen, 2 Gleisen und 2 elektrische Distanzsignale gebaut. Aufnahmegebäude wird das hier bestehende Bahnwärtergebäude (heute der Fam.ZOHNER gehörend). Im Jahre 1922 wurde die Betriebsausweiche aufgelassen. Seitdem bestand keine Haltestelle in ALTENHOF.
Erst auf Betreiben der Ortsbewohner bei der Gemeinde wurde durch die Österr.Bundesbahnen die Errichtung einer Bahnhaltestelle genehmigt. Seit 03 09 1990 halten die Züge in Altenhof. Offizielle Eröffnung der Bahnhaltestelle in Altenhof fand am 08 09 1990 statt.
 In Altenhof in 1890 at km 13.504 an operating point (km 13.571) with 2 points, 2 tracks and 2 electrical distance signals was built. The admission building will be the station guard's building (now belonging to the ZOHNER family). In 1922 the company switch was closed. Since then there has been no stop in ALTENHOF.
Only at the instigation of the local residents in the community was the construction of a train stop approved by the Austrian Federal Railways. Since 03 09 1990 the trains have stopped in Altenhof. The official opening of the station in Altenhof took place on 08.09 1990.
