Es sollte vorerst nur das Loch gebohrt werden, die fleißigen Mitarbeiter entschlossen sich spontan den Ofen sofort anzuschließen obwohl es längst Zeit für Feierabend gewesen wäre und der Chef persönlich fuhr sofort los, ein falsch geliefertes Teil auszutauschen. Alles in allem perfekter Service, absolut empfehlenswert! Professional work, super friendly team. The employees explain all the details of the work competently and in a friendly manner. For the time being, only the hole should be drilled, the hard-working employees spontaneously decided to connect the furnace straight away, although it would have been time for the end of the day and the boss himself immediately set off to replace a wrongly delivered part. Nur durch Zufall kamen wir auf die Firma "Kaminprofi Okan"- ein glücklicher Zufall ! Der Chef persönlich kam binnen drei Werkstagen vorbei und hat sich unser Problem angesehen. Sehr professionell hat er eine Bestandsaufnahme gemacht und uns sehr gut beraten. Schon kurze Zeit später, waren alle bestellten Teile da und der Auftrag wurde zu höchster Zufriedenstellung erledigt. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr kompetent und freundlich - außerdem wurde wirklich super sauber gearbeitet ! Sogar unser Kaminkehrer war von der Arbeit begeistert ;) Noch zu erwähnen wäre hier das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis welches wirklich absolut in Ordnung ist.
