Lieferung vom Zustellfahrer immer gut

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Chauffeur der Fa. Kaiser ist sehr nett. Die Produkte teilweise sogar sehr gut. Sterne Abzug gibt's weil, wenn der Fahrer Urlaub ist oder Krank leider niemand kommt. Auch wenn man Anruft ist es leider so, das immer nur die Sprachbox kommt. Scheinbar ist man als Kunde doch nicht so wichtig. Das kenne ich von meinem Fahrer anders. Ich muß scheinbar wieder selbst einkaufen gehen. ?
Denn so möchte ich nicht behandelt werden weder als Mensch geschweige erst als Kunde.
The Kaiser company chauffeur is very nice. The products are sometimes even very good. There is a star deduction because when the driver is on vacation or sick, unfortunately nobody comes. Even if you call it is unfortunately the case that only the voicebox comes. Apparently you are not that important as a customer. I know that differently from my driver. Apparently I have to go shopping myself again. ?
Because I don't want to be treated like that, neither as a person, let alone as a customer.

Der Fahrer sehr freundlich.
Ein Familienunternehmen wo der Kunde auch noch König ist.
Auch wenn mal was schief geht wird einem freundlich geholfen.
Deswegen auch 5 Sterne und ein * extra für Kundenservice.
