Durch die positiven Rezensionen war ich überzeugt und habe bei Kaindl angerufen um mir Rat zu holen. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen, wenn sie dir aber weiterhilft so wie mir die anderen dann freue ich mich denn: -Am Telefon kam er wirklich sympathisch rüber und ich habe mich gut beraten gefühlt -Er hat mir einen Vorschlag gemacht woraufhin ich mit meinem Laptop vorbei kam -> gute Kommunikation und sehr nett -Er hat sich in Kürze wie besprochen gemeldet -Generell habe ich das Gefühl gehabt, dass mein Laptop bei ihm in guten Händen ist und er sehr kompetent ist Also ich kann nur positives berichten und war alles in allem sehr zufrieden! After I had water damage to my laptop, I looked for various repair shops on the Internet that might be able to help me. I was convinced by the positive reviews and called Kaindl for advice. Normally I don't write reviews, but if she helps you like me the others then I'll be happy: -On the phone he came across as really nice and I felt well advised -He made me a suggestion whereupon I came by with my laptop -> good communication and very nice -He got in touch shortly as discussed -Generally I had the feeling that my laptop is in good hands with him and that he is very competent So I can only report positive things and I was very satisfied all in all!

H	Henri N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the shop and explained my needs (Laptop i7 or i9, min. 16GB Ram, min. 512 GB SSD, FullHD, dedicated Graphics card supporting architecture/CAD software standards (OpenGL etc.) and delivering enough computing power for 3-5 years architecture studies including 3D renderings etc. Additional 27“ UHD screen and accessories and support packages were also requested for quotation. I was told that i would receive some configuration proposals within 24h; after 2 business days i still got zero quotation and asked again in writing for the proposals. Another day passed by without any feedback from the vendor and then in the evening i got a call giving some blabla about workload and delays etc. I then stated precisely which Lenovo Thinkpad P15 Gen1 model and configuration i was looking for (i did serious research myself during the previous days) and i was told that i would get a quotation for that precise model on the next day. Again, zero feedback and as a whole week passed by in the meantime i gave up my quotation request. Thus, this shop appears to be disinterested in selling professional Lenovo Thinkpad P series equipment and support services.
